Scrum Master Certification: PSM 1 Exam: Preparation Guide and Handbook

Very detailed and informative, lots of references were made to the scrum exams and what to look out for. A lot of useful tips. However I think a lot of outside studies is needed to pass this exam. Reading this book is not enough to pass it.

Good book. You can tell the author really wants to help you when he places pictures and links to downloadable material or courses to help you pass.There was a few minor formatting errors in the kindle version, but it can easily be ignored. It’s the content that matters.4 stars, would recommend to others.

It was a quick read, enjoyed it, something to reference as I continue to learn Scrum. I would recommended it for someone who is new to Agile/Scrum.

I liked what I consider the enthusiasm conveyed by the author about the subject. I also liked how the material was organized.

We have been using Agile in my company for a few years. I recently joined a group where members are not fully engaged in this approach and hoped this book will give me some ideas to improve on how the group functions. This book did not bring any new insights to me. It covers very standard things that one would find in any beginner Agile presentation. The most useful thing in the book is the link to the scrumguides dot com web site, which is pretty extensive and covers a lot of topics. This is a very helpful book. It prepares the reader for the PSM exam. After reading I went to the PSM free exam and it is obvious this book prepares the reader.

Easy reading, it's a good preparation for other books. It inmerse you in the whole process

It's a very direct language about Scrum certification with a few examples of real life. So I recommend it for beginners in the subject.

This is a wonderful and highly practical book. This book is well-written and provides both a good explanation of agile software development and insights into how to manage such a project. The books explain in detail the product owner's role throughout the scrum process and the issues and difficulties you may face as well as ideas and processes on how to avoid or solve these issues. I would really recommend this book who wants to be at their excellent output with the concept.

As a CSM / CSP I can say:A terrible book that does not meet his claim "prepare PSM exam .." - not a book for practice.The presentation and reading format (Kindle) do not encourage you to read on - the content is the sameabsolute basic level and not nearly enough for the exam.

Scrum.org give much more information to prepare psm and it's Free. I found this book useless. I lost money and time
