11 Inch Frying Pan Nonstick Diamond Frying Pan, Aluminum Coated Skillet, Dishwasher Safe and Oven Safe Fry Pans, Grey

I have been buying swiss diamond skilits for many years, one like this last me for about two years before it gets to be to much of a pain to fry in. Of course I do not follow directions and only use wood or plastic utincils, I use steal forks and what not to cook with. A pan from wal mart will last me about 3 months, so there you go, swiss diamond is tough, it is as close as you can get to non stick cast iron, I love the weight spreads out the heat well and it pretty well stays put on the burner, other expensive copper or aluminum pans are not as non stick as swiss and they certainly wont last as long, I use the pan every day, I cook breakfast and supper in it, I have never used it in the oven but it says you can, The price is ouchy the first time you buy one but you soon realize it works out to be a good price if you have to go through 10 wal mart pans to make it two years, if your careful this pan could last a lot longer, I am very rough on my pans, I also use a scratch pad most of the time to wash all my pans and dishes, so that hurts them too,, save your lid from your first pan that way you can save40 or 50 bucks on the next one, I am using the same lid from 4 pans ago I think. Great pan, holds a lot, nothing sticks, buy it and enjoy a man tough fry pan big enough to feed the family from.

I have several pieces by this make, and they don't disappoint. The little pan passed the "sliding egg" test with flying colors. Don't overheat it, and it will last forever. They are really durable. I found 2 small sauce pans and 1 larger pot in a thrift store, used for quite a while, and they're still very much non-stick. I think I'll "stick" to the brand as long as it is made in Switzerland. Great quality. Try to catch it on sale, though, because it is pricey.

This is my second purchase of Swiss Diamond 8" frypan. The last one lasted almost 10 years. So, this is a replacement since my other 8" fry pans only last a few years. It may be a bit pricey, but it pays for itself in longevity.

If you want the ideal frying pan, this is it! After much research, I bought the Swiss Diamond frying pan, mainly for frying eggs and grilling cheese sandwiches. My old frying pan had scratches on its surface, and I was concerned about consuming harmful chemicals that might leach from the coating on the pan to the food. The Swiss Diamond frying pan has been everything I hoped for. The interior surface is strong and resilient, so it is very resistant to scratches. It distributes heat evenly, so scrambled eggs cook evenly and grilled sandwiches easily reach a golden brown all over. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the nonstick surface. And so far, there are no worrisome scratches. Overall, I am thrilled with the quality of this pan!

This was an amazing pan for close to a year. It NEVER saw heat above medium and was always washed with a soapy sponge after each use. It is now NOT non-stick. I wrote to the company and as all of the other reviews on here suggest they wrote back saying that I used it with too high of heat (I didn't) and so the warranty is void. They also claimed that because there were some darkened areas (see the pics I sent them) it showed that oil wasn't properly cleaned off. Well, it was when the pan was actually non-stick and it 'could' be cleaned off. Their apparently very limited alleged lifetime warranty seems to have some sticking points... Unfortunately so many companies these days forget that customers are the source of their income. So is it worth buying $30 T-Fal pans and replacing them every few months or buying a $100 pan and replacing it once a year? Tough one. UPDATE: I'm on my second pan because they gave me a discount to buy another one (instead of standing behind their alleged LIFETIME WARRANTY). My second pan after a year is now non-stick and similar to the pictures from my original review. Even though I was with the first I have been EXTRA careful with this one to never go above medium heat. Not one single time. I'm sure they will still claim it was, because, that's how they get out of actually having good customer service. This pan is 2-3x the price of other pans that will also function as well for a year. It seems like the better deal would be to buy a cheaper 'disposable' pan that you can also use daily for a year, but for ~$30 . You could get 3-4 years doing that for the price of 1 year of this pan.

Seller Review: Excellent and very quick delivery. Well packaged. 5 stars Product Review: OK I'm still not sure about this one. First of al,l you can only cook on medium heat (lower than 7 out of 10 on an electric cook top) or lower. So it takes a while to cook things. Second, I'm so used to spraying nonstick spray and they're FIRMLY against using it. I've cooked pancakes that seemed to stick a bit, and I was so tempted to use the spray, but didn't as I don't want to damage the pan, as it's relatively expensive. The few things I've cooked have taken some "coaxing" to get the edges to release, but if you're gentle (and don't use a metal utensil or you could damage the pan), it comes free. Third: Another thing is… this is a HEAVY pan. Which may mean quality craftsmanship and better materials, more even cooking etc. But it's HEAVY and I have mild arthritis in my wrist and it's impossible to "flip" things out w/ one hand. I've not yet found a nonstick pan for which I'd award 5 stars, so this seems to be as good as it gets. In summary: You can't use metal utensils (same as all nonstick cookware) You can't use medium high or high heat (same as a lot of nonstick cookware) You can't use nonstick spray (OK that's a new one on me) It's awfully heavy. That's enough to keep me from giving it 5 stars. All in all, I'd give the pan 3.5 to 4 stars.

フライパンが焦げ付くようになったので、ダイヤモンド加工のものを探していて、見つけました。かなりお得な価格で購入出来ました。以前のものより少し小さめですが、焼いた時にスルッと焦げ付かないのがいいです。25cmの古い蓋をそのまま使用していますが、蒸気が調整できる蓋を追加で購入するか考え中です。少し重めですが長持ちしそうです。

Buena calidad, creo que tiene sentido tener por lo menos uno en casa para saber que hay cosas de calidad pro ahí.

Ho aspettato qualche mese di uso per esprimere un parere attendibile: cucinare con questa padella è un'esperienza unica: non c'è bisogno di grandi fiamme, anzi meglio lavorare al minimo, non si attacca nulla e non è necessario che un minimo di olio o altri grassi; si maneggia benissimo, da una sensazione di solidità e si lava in un attimo. Ottima scelta

Premetto che avevo già utilizzato quella da 28. Eccezionale, il vero antiaderente .. non si attacca mai nulla senza utilizzare olio… la padella dopo mesi di utilizzo sembra nuova. Unica nota dolente è il peso.. abbastanza pesante ma la resa è eccezionale.

This frying pan is magnificent. I saw the negative reaction on this website and just had to comment. I have had my pan for about seven years now and ok it has aged ... but it is still largely non stick ... a quick swish with a nylon scourer and tiny drop of Fairy cleans it. I have since bought this pan as a gift for others and they are amazed at how special it is. It is the best available and lasts for y-e-a-r-s. Enough said.
