Has anyone tried using the inserts as nursing pads? Are they absorbent at all?

The inserts help slow the leaking somewhat, but I wouldn’t say they are efficient nursing pads. They aren’t really absorbent and my bra and shirt still gets wets with them.

Pre pregnant I am 36B which tight on me now I’m 3 months pregnant

So purchase size large because at 36B that would be medium and being pregnant it increases weight hence your bust size so purchase large, they should fit comfortable
