Hearing Protection Ear Muffs SNR 33dB, Noise Cancelling Headphones

Appearance: The color pink is accurate to the picture shown. Size: Fits my adult head well, has expanders to fit height to size. I don’t feel like my head is being crushed as others have said, though I don’t have a wide head. Appearance wise, they look bigger than the ear defenders I typically see people wearing but I don’t mind. Ease of Use: They are very easy to fit back into a ball to carry. It takes a bit of pulling to get them to fit on the head because you have to expand the metal out of the cuffs. I was a bit surprised by the force needed but once I did it a few times it became easier. Feel: I can have these on my head all day long. The cuffs fit completely over my ears so they are extremely comfortable in that way. It does put pressure inside my ears as if I was on an airplane. It’s not majorly bothersome but takes a bit of getting used to. Sound: When I first put these over my ears, I actually started tearing up because everything got so quiet. All of the background noise just completely stopped. I can still hear people talking. I can hear sirens. I can hear overhead announcements. But it blocks out a lot of the music sounds that hurt as well as the general small repetitive noises that would make me angry like chewing or walking or people tapping, etc. Durability: I cannot say anything on this quite yet as I’ve only had them a few days, but so far they have been durable. I have taken them on a trip and they held up well with me tossing them around and dropping them. The cushion on the part that sits on my head is still in tact. The metal feels sturdy. The cushions on the ear muffs do not have any imperfections. And the pink part is a very hard plastic. Sleep quality: I actually have fallen asleep with these on and I didn’t wake up in pain at all. I was very comfortable the whole time. They are a bit bulky to get used to and lay on but once you figure out a good position, it feels nice. Overall I would recommend. This is my first pair of ear defenders so I have nothing to compare it to, but I really like these. Update 4 months later: I’m glad this review has been helpful so I’m adding this addition. I absolutely love these and am glad I picked this pair. I am now used to wearing them the majority of the day. The pressure in the ears is gone, the toughness of pulling the defenders to my size is gone and is now a smooth process. They are durable, pads are still cushiony with regular, frequent use. No scratches or scuffs. The pad on the headband is still sturdy and cushiony. They feel like an extension to me now that I’ve gotten used to them. Definitely recommend this brand.

I work random night shifts, and jumping back and forth from days to nights completely throws off my circadian rhythm. Trying to sleep during the day when my neighbors get noisy was driving me crazy, and these earmuffs have saved my sanity. They are incredibly comfortable to wear and they don't require any cords, batteries, or charging. My neighbors could be in the middle of a conflict right outside my window and I barely hear them unless they're screaming my name. They block out sound so well that I actually have to keep my phone under my pillow to feel the vibration, otherwise I won't hear my alarm go off. They fold down neatly into a small ball when I'm done using them, making them easy to put away. The build quality is solid, and I chose the red and black option. They actually look pretty sharp, though appearance doesn't matter all that much while I'm drooling all over my pillow. If you need a completely foolproof, low-tech way to block out the world and fix your sleep schedule, these are a godsend. They've made my hectic sleep routine so much more enjoyable.

ProCase is a GREAT company for noise canceling headphones. These headphones are wonderful quality, they are durable, block out the noise very well, and they fold up nicely. These particular ones are adjustable and fit most head sizes and work perfectly! IF your head circumference is on the larger size then look up the: ProCase Extra Large SNR 37dB Noise Cancelling Headphones NRR 30dB Ear Muffs, these fit bigger head sizes better.

They're nice, but just a bit small for my head. PS big hat size xxl. My old ones were more adjustable. I kept them because I needed new ear protection while mowing the lawn and other chores and they were affordable. The actual ear part does fit nicely, just the strap has no margin for my head so they're tight.

My son has autism, these are the best headsets we have found for him. He can still hear but they canceling out the background noise for him.

I bought these to use while riding a mower, for neighbor and traffic noise while napping on my front porch on pretty days. I love these and am very glad I bought them. They are comfortable yet stay put while weraing them. Great ear protection much better than the ear plugs I used before.

These ear muffs do a good job of filtering out noise, but only if you can get them on your head. My head and ears are slightly larger than average (hat size 7 5/8 vs. the standard 7 1/2), but not huge - I have never had a problem with other hearing protectors. I have to fold my ears to get them in the muffs, and then the limited slide extension means the muffs are constantly tugging upward on my ears. Very, very uncomfortable. I did not return them because I am hoping that one of my pin-headed friends will be able to wear them.

Bought these for my teen who is sound sensitive. They are lightweight and fit fantastic. Seem durable. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted a pair that was comfortable. I’m sure there’s other earmuffs out there that are even quieter but this is both comfy and provides the protection I need.
