A delicious variety of dried and sweetened fruit
These snacks are delicious, really. There’s quite a variety of little fruit pieces in the package, such as raisins, sunflower seeds, banana chips, coconut chips dried papaya & pineapple. Sugar content is 17 grams, which isn’t bad, however this is for only a quarter of a cup. At 22 g of carbohydrate you wouldn’t want to consume the entire bag at one sitting if you’re watching carbs/sugar. That is easy to do because this combination is so flavorful, so satisfying. I reason that this snack is still preferable to a candy bar as far as nutrition goes. You do get a little fiber, calcium and potassium. That’s my opinion. I intend to keep a supply of these bags of “dried fruit medley“.
