This is a great duvet that can hold its own against the down ones. A nice wooly smell that is very comforting and a good weight that on cooler or warmer nights will help you regulate your body heat.

arrive quickly. I like the fact that the duvet is very light (even though this is the largest tog), all the filling doesn't fall to the bottom of the bed (which is a revelation!) and its super easy to handle getting the duvet cover on /off, making it extremely manageable when you have thumb arthritis! also keen on the no need to wash properties which saves me a lot of work throughout the year. I personally can't say I have found it warmer than other duvet fillings and I haven't tried out its cooling properties yet (cos it's not summer yet) but I do have another brand wool duvet and this is fab at keeping me cool in the summer

I bought this because I needed a warmer winter duvet and I like the snuggly nature of my daughter's 4 tog wool duvet.Positive: I've been nice and warm, even when our bedroom temperature has dropped into single figures (we live in a draughty old cottage). However, on warmer nights I have not felt too hot.Negative: I have knocked half a star off for each of the following -* Sheepy smell - after a month I still feel like I'm bedding down with the flock at night. It might not be as strong as it was in the beginning but it's still distinctly sheepy and possibly not to everyone's taste (or smell)* Lack of snuggle factor - I really like a duvet that kind of nestles around you rather than carpeting across you leaving cold air pockets either side, and this definitely has the latter characteristic. Perhaps the thicker, higher tog duvets are compromised in this area.

The wool duvet is the best investment i made it is warm. Only been using for a couple of weeks now.

I bought this in good faith, upon my neighbour's recommendation. I'm used to tucking my goose feathered duvet around me, and you can't with this item.I'm sure others will enjoy, but it's not for me, plus it has a funny smell.
