What wiring harness do you suggest getting to connect these lamps?

You should be able to use any harness. You do not need anything big.

Will these work with factory hid?

From what I read in my research they will not, you have to make the hole slightly larger to fit factory HID's.

So can you just buy these lights put them in your 2014 maxima with no extra things needed?

Yes. But I suggest using a wire harness. It makes connecting and disconnecting much better
