Good Tidings C148E Stand Express Tree with Ratcheting Fastener System, 10-Foot

I'm happy with everything about this stand. Easy to use and secure. However, product aside, TruValue stinks at order/customer service. I placed this order on 11/20/22 and was given a delivery date of 12/7/22. TruValue finally sent a "ticket" to USPS on 11/23/22. THEN didn't bother getting the stand to USPS until 10 pm on 12/7/22. Kudos to USPS for hauling butt to get my stand from Popano Beach, FL to me in Maryland and delivered to my front porch today (12/9/22) at 1 p.m.

Got this in hopes I could avoid having water run out and needles drop. It holds a lot of water - it worked. Because so much water the water got very cold. Small critique - center peg not very strong or high - felt like bottom was not up. Unexpected bonus - I thought the stand alone looked pretty good - I never got out the skirt. Went for the version with the ratcheting. Figured worth the extra to avoid hassle. Worked “ok” — hard to be laying on ground getting into the right leverage for, pulling hard on the plastic tab etc. did it. And nice when I was putting it away to be able to zip zip zip get the screws pushed in for storage.

Buy it . I had what I thought was a fine tree stand but it was in storage and too difficult to get so I researched more expensive ones and then found this one . This is so easy to use ...it has a “pin” in the base for the trunk and once it is in the stand just push ( no twisting ) in the supports . Very sturdy and easy to fill as well , has an overflow area so no need to worry about my wood floor. In addition, it’s simple and black, minimalist for a teee stand

What a great tree stand. There are four L-shaped bolts with nuts on their ends that you use to hold the tree straight in the stand. There is a neat feature that allows you to slide bolt right up to trunk and then do the final tightening. There are three sharp prongs in the bottom of the stand to set the trunk on. The stand holds two gallons of water. They say it’s a two minute tree stand, and they are right!

I thought this was going to be my forever Christmas tree stand. I used it for the first time this past Christmas and it was frustrating for us to setup. The issue was that the stump of our Christmas tree wasn't perfectly flat on all sides - there were some nubs where branches had been cut off. Since these don't screw into the tree, we had to make many attempts to line the tree stump/nubs into this. I'll pay more attention when I'm purchasing my next Christmas tree and make sure the stump is as flat as possible on all sides, to see if that helps. I do like that this tree stand can hold a lot of water and my tree skirt covered it completely, so that my pets weren't tempted to drink from it.

Very easy to have your tree looking straight. Easy to fill water and it catches any spills which is great protection of hard wood floorsDoesn't tip at all

The stand is VERY sturdy and easy to set up. Our tree is not too big - maybe 6 1/2 feet tall with a moderately thin trunk. This stand would definitely hold something much taller and bigger. Plus, it holds lots of water so no need to fill it every day. All in all, we are very happy with our purchase. Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays!!

What a breeze to install tree,put it in the stand move the threaded rods till snug, screw in rods till tight. DONE

These stands are extremely strong , do exactly what they say and will take any size tree, without the need to cut down on the of tree trunk.
