Call the Major
I bought this product because it was named Major DOK, and that’s exactly what I needed to take - a major dook. Been taking it daily and I have to say that it’s living up to its name. I’ve been dumping daily with no problems. If you need to take a huge crap, don’t call the Captain, call the Major.. Major Dook!

Peace of mind
I am a senior citizen and dread the thought of using the restroom due to constant constipation but I faithfully take one gel cap in the morning and everything is smooth sailing from there on. Thank you for a wonderful and definitely useful product.

Works a little but not all the time
Have been continue taking it once a day but the stools are still not soft enough, I still have a hard time to poop. At least I can poop it out so it works a little.
