Lansinoh Thera Pearl 3-in-1 Breast Therapy Pack of 2

My breasts were a little inflamed from being new to breastfeeding and it really helped to be able to put these on after I had chilled them down.

Only 2 gels in the pack not 4 as advertised !!

Advertised as a 4 pack, only received 2. Trying to work out if the two pads and two covers is actually what is meant by “4 pack”. I do enjoy the product itself, although I would say the heat only lasts around 10 mins. Have not tried cold.

Only received pack of 2 not 4 as advertised. Could not feel the heat or cold through the covers. When using as cold compress the pads become warm very quickly. Will not be using.

Item is in fact a 2 pack, making it very expensive as well as false advertising

The item itself is good, but the package arrived broken and open

My daughter recently had a baby and specifically asked my wife to pick up these Lansinoh Breast Therapy Packs for her postpartum recovery. Since she requested this brand by name, we figured they had to be good—and according to her, they absolutely are an easy 5-star lifesaver. She mentioned that the versatility of using them either hot or cold is what makes them so valuable. The cold therapy was a huge relief for early engorgement, while popping them in the microwave for warm therapy helped immensely with letdown before pumping. They come with two soft fabric covers, which is a really nice detail because it keeps the plastic pack from sitting directly against sensitive skin and makes them much more comfortable to slip inside a nursing bra. If there is one minor downside, she did note that they don't hold their temperature for a incredibly long time—especially the cold. You'll get about 15 to 20 minutes of relief before they need to go back in the freezer. But honestly, since you aren't really supposed to ice for much longer than that in one sitting anyway, it wasn't a dealbreaker for her. Overall, they are durable, easy to clean, and do exactly what they promise. If you are building a postpartum care kit for a daughter, wife, or friend, these are definitely worth grabbing.
