Product helped cleaned out additional wax that doctor's office didn't clear.

My kids greatly disliked having their ears cleaned in the past. Our doctor advised using debrox and the little bulb squeezer thing for ear irrigation, but too much water comes out of it for my kids. And it’s hard to ensure the correct water temperature with the bulb. With this three-way spritzer the water can be a little warmer and they won’t mind it. The sprayer is also gentler, but effective because it’s spraying in different directions. The kids get a kick out of seeing what comes out of their ears. Be patient if it’s your first time using it. You might only see little bits come out at first, but it really does work. The only thing that could make this better is a light so I can see what’s happening as I spray. The little nozzle attachment does come off easily every now and then when it knocks into my kids’ ears, but it’s a small annoyance that I’m willing to put up with. I like that the nozzle is removable and easy to clean for putting it away. I wouldn’t want water and bacteria to collect when stored. Overall this is a good little sprayer for ear cleaning. It’s on the expensive side for a plastic bottle with plastic container for catching the water, but it’s much cheaper than the alternative which is a visit to the doctor. I think they charged $50 for ear irrigation. Good luck!

My husband has super nasty earwax buildup and needs to have his ears cleaned every few months. Standard ear syringes are hard because you can't really use one on yourself, so I've been the lucky contestant to spin that wheel. It's always messy, and it seems like the syringe runs out of water just as we're getting some momentum going.We found the Tridal Wave in a random suggestion on Amazon. He knew from experience that the tri-stream tip worked for his ears, and the spray bottle idea was intriguing, so he decided it was worth a try. Well, as soon as it arrived he filled it up and went to town. Without even using earwax drops, which he usually needs for 2 solid days before irrigating, he dislodged a chunk the size of a pencil eraser (not at all unusual for him). The whole family was amazed! And disgusted...He says it solves three issues: volume of water, pressure/speed, and mess. The bottle is big enough to do both ears without refilling. Pressure and speed can be controlled (to a degree) by how hard and how rapidly you pull the trigger. And now he can just stick his head into the bathtub instead of having to set up a "station" like we used to.All I know is, his ears are clean and I no longer have to be involved. I have been struggling with earwax buildup for the better part of my life. Never one for the doctor's office, I have tried all sorts of home and brand name remedies with varying degrees of success. But nothing compares to this.I woke up one morning having slept on my side. And lo and behold, sleeping on that ear was enough to push it over the edge to where I couldn't hear out of it due to buildup. For a couple days I sprinkled, dabbed, and doused my ear with hydrogen peroxide with literally no change. Out of desperation, I set a doctor's appointment and found this online. week, the Tridal Wave came the day before the scheduled appointment, so I promptly opened it to give it a test ride. After filling it with warm, filtered water, I went to town. It took about 3/4 of the bottle, but each squeeze I could see results accumulating in my bathtub. Finally, a couple pea-sized chunks came out and voila, I could hear again, though better than ever! I was so pleased that I cleaned out the other ear too with similarly satisfying results. My only mistake was putting water slightly too cold in the bottle, as it left me dizzy for a little while, but at least I could hear.I am so pleased with this product I am considering giving it to family members as Christmas gifts.

I had a severe ear ache & went to the urgent care. I was told that I had completely impacted ear wax & they tried to flush it out without success. I was given very expensive ear drops & told to come back in a week. Instead of paying another $100 for a visit, I found this bottle that was exactly like the urgent care. I didn't see any other bottles that had the 3 spray tip. I thought it made the most sense as the water would go towards the outside of the ear canal instead of directly at the center of the wax like other bottles.It didn't work the first try, but I waited a few more days then tried again immediately after a hot shower. The steam softened the wax & it worked right away this time! This beast came out of my ear. Super gross, but it's such a relief.

Having had my ear blocked with wax before, then removed by my doctor. I obviously wanted to get the same tool they used to not only do it myself but prevent it from happening in the first place.I was so happy to have found this ear washer! From everything I could tell, this was the exact same as my doctor's. It's really easy to use in the shower. I just fill it with the warm water that's spraying, screw the top on, and give it a couple of pumps to prime it. Then I stick it in my ear and squeeze gently to flush it out.Oh, I would also like to add that the tip isn't a hard plastic like it appears (or appeared to me). It's soft and flexible and much more comfortable than I imagined from the pictures.I am deducting one star for the price. It seems very high for a specialized tip screwed on to a one dollar spray bottle.

Es una maravilla, yo me pongo unas gotas de agua oxigenada para ablandar el cerumen, no es malo para el oído es lo que ponen los otorrinolaringólogos. Y después con agua tibia salen 3 chisguetes de agua hacia los lados, no directo al tímpano que podría ser doloroso e inflamarlo.No duele nada y sale todo rápidamente.Lo recomiendo ampliamente porque es algo que usaremos 1 o 2 veces al año toda la vida.Deja los oídos perfectamente limpios, sin nada de traumatismo. Mejor que cualquier otro método.Yo soy médico
