Is this flour bleached?

The flour is not bleach. The wheat flour that grows on the western hemisphere tends to have darker or yellowish tones where as eastern hemisphere wheat flour tends to remain pale or white when cooked. Also wheat flour from the eastern hemisphere tends to be the lighter (as in filling) than its sister flour.

About how many average size buns can one package of this flour make?

I made 6 medium sized buns. There is a bun mold that looks like a lotus flower and it helps you to make your buns perfectly.

What's the expiration date?

When I bought it, it wasnt expired and had a few months of time before it did expire and that was back in 2022 n just recently expired
