Bought this cable as a replacement so that I could run mu HD650's balanced from a balanced amp, I'm not dissapointed at all, the quality is very good especially at the teminations, up to now I'm happy with the sound quality produced and delivered to me via these cables.

Sound quality is fine and it's balanced, so it does everything it needs to which is everything I really asked for, but product is lacking in ergonomics/comfort. Stiff, constantly trying to twist away from the way the cable is naturally supposed to fall and trying to tangle itself. Also as it is stiff and twisted, it will rub on your clothes, the table, anything really and make "zipper" noises that travel up to the headphones which can get super distracting. All in all, I don't regret the purchase as most other balanced Sennheiser cables are double the price or more. Just wish the ergonomics were better

It's a great balanced cable. The cable is mechanically well made. Watch out for knotting and mechanical noise... The tight plated cable design coupled with the rigid wire can be heard... if you move or rub against the cable... The sound us mechanical on origin. However the quality of themusic delivered is top notch, and I wouldn't listen with anything else

This cable claims to be silver plated yet the most important connections are the headphone plugs and the source 4 pin XLR which are all mild steel, I thought an silver plated Neutrik XLR plug at the source end and silver plated headphone connections which are a bit loose with this cable when used with my Sennheiser HD660s headphones, I have a copper cable that performs better than this but I will give it a months trial, still this cable is £120 cheaper than the Sennheiser genuine cable so you pays your money and takes your choice, but at present I think this cable is poorly made and does nothing above a copper cable that cost the same and sounds better 'sounding fuller and richer with much more detail but that opinion could change.

This cable would be great if it cost 15-20 pounds, but 35 for this sort of quality is unacceptable. For 35 pounds I would expect quality 4-pin connector with gold plating and a lot better, thicker and textile braided cable not this thin string!!

Ce câble a redessiné en bien l'univers sonore du Sennheiser HD660s. Les basses sont un peu plus présentes et mieux contrôlées, une remontée des aigus sans sibilance et mieux dessinés moins fatiguant pour Mes oreilles et les mediums sont percutants. Impressionnant pour un câble à ce tarif. Je l'avais acheté comme câble secondaire, il est devenu le câble que j'utilise au quotidien. Le seul reproche que Je puisse faire est sa rigidité mais il semble s'assouplir à l'utilisation...

I am satisfied with this purches! Glad to have decided to change the cable used with my Sennheiser 660S headphone earlier. The sound from the balanced output of my Amp has dramatically improved! I do recommend this cable for everyone who is looking for a better quality of audio. Please remember this XLR cable needs a high quality headphone to enjoy all the advantage of music received and listened from quality stereo systems.

Perfetto upgrade per la mia Sennheiser HD 580. Netto miglioramento rispetto al cavo originale.

Köpte kabeln den 30 mars och fick den i brevlådan den 18 april. Då hade jag varit i kontakt med Bring, som skulle leverera till mig, två gånger. Bring sa att de saknade elektronisk information från ifrån Amazon och därför skulle returnera kabeln till Amazon. Men det gjorde dom inte. Efter 19 dagar damp kabeln ner i min brevlåda. Då hade jag redan köpt en annan kabel här på Amazon som jag hade fått levererad. När den här kabeln dök upp, efter 19 dagar, testade jag den innan jag returnerade den. Andra köpare har påpekat att när kabelns hårda plastisolering stöter i något hårt så fortplantar sin ljudet från stöten in i hörlurarna och det är naturligtvis väldigt irriterande. Annars lät det bra ljudmässigt, ihop med in utrustning.
