The inner soles of my Rockport ProWalker shoes wore out. The place where the ball of my right foot hits actually wore completely through. There is a hole in the original inner sole. I take only a size 7.5 shoe so I wanted to get a replacement inner sole of the exact size that I needed. This product has half-sizes over a range of sizes. I put the inner soles into my Rockport ProWalker shoes today and walked 2.8 miles, my usual daily distance, more or less. I never do have pain, so I can't comment on pain relief. However, these inner soles were very comfortable. The original inner soles had sort of sides on them in the heel area. The replacement inner soles are flat. Otherwise, they are a very close replacement. These don't have arch supports if you are looking for that, but that is okay with me. I don't need arch supports. There are a variety of choices for whatever size you select. I chose the beige 5 mm thick inner soles. I may try 8 mm the next time just to see how that thickness feels. However, if I was only offered in the 5 mm thickness I would be satisfied. I have read reviews of various brands of inner soles that say you should get a size that is a half size smaller than your shoe size. I disagree. I take a 7.5 size shoe and bought a 7.5 size inner sole. It fits perfectly. The inner soles are flat when you get them, but after wearing the shoes for a day, they now conform to the bottom of the shoe. They are comfortable. It is a good product at a good price. I recommend it.

Ordered these to replace worn ones in some slip ons. I used the old inserts to trip these to fit my shoes. They fit snugly into my shoes and do not move around but are easy to remove to wash. I was a little worried that these would be too stiff but there is just the right amount of padding and firmness and I find them very comfortable. These are shoes that I frequently wash along with the insoles. I have washed them once and they came out fine. I wash them in the washer and let them air dry.. There was no unraveling or curling and they retained their firmness. Very pleased with these and would purchase again.

I used these insoles for a while, and they were very comfortable. I walk a lot and use them pretty much every day. My complaint is that the foam seems to rub off after a while, and my toes eventually dug through the whole insole.

These are horrible. The start off thick. So thick I had difficulty getting my foot into my shoe. After 30 minutes of wearing they went completely flat in the areas I needed the most support and the stuck up between my toes. They provided zero support when flat. There is only one layer of foam and top covering and a bottom covering. The foam is very soft. After 5 days out of my shoes the foam still hasn't recovered and is about 30% still compressed. When the foam flattens it is only 1/16 inch thick and solid, no air bubbles left, no compression left, no support. I cut one in half to look at the insides. The spandex cover only stretches in one direction - across the width. It is very thin. The bottom cove has no stretch and is stitched to the foam with 10,000 stitches. Literally lines of 2mm long stitches with rows every 2mm apart. Needless to say I hope I don't buy these again by accident - The "Spenco Rx Comfort Thin Lightweight Cushioning Orthotic Shoe Insole" are my favorites and beat these by far except they only come in green. In dieser Zeit habe ich die Schuhe samt Sohlen regelmäßig im Stall, im Wald, im Schnee und im Match getragen. Wenn ich diese Beanspruchung berücksichtige bleibt mir nur zu sagen, dass ich mit der Qualität voll zufrieden bin. Natürlich sehen die Sohlen jetzt nicht mehr so aus als wären sie noch fabrikneu, aber dies liegt einfach in der Natur der Sache. Von mir gibt es eine Kaufempfehlung!

I've suffered with sore, swollen feet for 25 years, especially in the hot summer months. This means that I dread walking any distance as it could trigger my feet to erupt with painful blisters that would have me literally limping down the street. A retiring Chiropodist once told me that she had never seen such blistered feet in her entire career and prescribed me expensive rubber orthotic shoe inserts, but this only made my feet worse. I would put fabric plasters on the most painful parts of my feet, and walk on the less painful parts, but then I'd get cramps in my calf muscles from walking so awkwardly. I've tried all kinds of gel and foam insoles which only helped a little, as did wearing open sandals. I was desperate enough to try regularly dousing my feet with surgical spirit to toughen the skin on my feet, but the blisters kept coming. This has seriously impacted the quality of my life. The inner soles in a pair of my trainers had worn out, so I replaced them with Riemot memory foam insoles as they were on offer at Amazon. When they arrived, I had to loosen my laces a little as the new insoles are slightly thicker than the previous ones. As soon as I put my trainers on I noticed how comfortable they were, especially when I stood up and walked around. The insoles seemed to spread the pressure evenly and there was almost no movement of my feet in the trainers as I walked. I put another pair of these insoles in my work shoes, and went on a long walk one lunchtime, and experienced no pain, swelling or discomfort. Walking on stony surfaces no longer hurts my feet either. At last I feel confident to walk anywhere without the fear of giving myself sore feet - Brilliant! I bought a pair for my wife and she was very impressed with them too. This has been literally life-changing for me, and I only wish this product had been available a long time ago. I will definitely be buying more for many years to come. Thank you Riemot!
