Vinegar doesn't really have an expiration date. It takes me about a year to use up this bottle without any issues on the counter. I drizzle it on fresh tomatoes (especially heirloom in the summer) and also vanilla ice cream (yes, it sounds gross but the Italians know what they are doing). It's high end, so I don't use it on salads or cooking, but that's just me.

not sure....BUT its the best balsamic vinegar we have ever tasted....thick, sweet....nothing compares. We have tried lots including bringing some back from Italy....this is #1
