Great chair
As of writing this, I've had this chair for over 60 days and have sat in it for many, many hours over that time. Before getting into it, I should note that I don't have much experience with actually nice office chairs as I've only ever personally owned the cheapy $100 chairs you can get at Office Depot and the like, so consider that I'm an office chair layman as you read this. I'm 5'10/230lbs and this chair's pretty much perfect for me. I don't have any particular physical issues so I can't speak to how this chair would do for people with any specific conditions, but the ergonomics and comfort of this chair are such that I can sit in it for hours without needing to get up, and once I do, neither my back, butt, nor legs hurt. It has good lumbar support, a fairly soft yet supportive cushion that doesn't sink into the base even after sitting in it for 6-8 hours at a time, and surprisingly adjustable armrests. It's well-built, sturdy, actually feels like it's made to last which is nice for a modern American-made product, and looks good to boot. It came fully assembled which I didn't expect and thought was awesome, but also a bit of a pain for me since I picked it up from my local UPS Store where I have a box (can't get deliveries to where I live) and my car isn't exactly the most spacious, but I managed (I should've read the description beforehand). It did have a pretty strong chemical smell for about a week after getting it. The chair went on sale right after I ordered it so I contacted Haworth customer support and they retroactively refunded me the difference without any fuss at all, which I thought was great. Overall, very pleased with the chair, and I think it's worth it even at its MSRP. I'd also like to note that before buying this, I had purchased a Branch Daily Chair without realizing that I was right at its weight limit and my butt suffered through true agony for about a month before I even thought to check on those technical details (I thought maybe my body was finally telling me I sit too much, but nope, just too fat for that chair). Again, I really need to get better about fully reading through item descriptions, ha. Hopefully that's helpful to anyone around my size wanting to save some cash by going with that chair.

Best chair ever
Went down the chair rabbit hole and ended up trying the sihoo doro c300 pro, branch ergonomic NON PRO, and never got to the colamy atlas but this is end game for me. Super comfortable and lumbar is pretty good, not very aggressive but thatโs okay. Spend a little more and get a chair thatโs endgame like this and that has 12 year warranty. Comes prebuilt and perfect!

A comfortable chair with some flaws
The chair is comfortable and provides good posture support, although the lumbar support leaves a lot to be desired given the price. The plastic lumbar support brace seems to flex into the backrest more than it provides stability. The armrests offer a good range of positions but cannot lock into place and are easy to move when standing or sitting. It's overall a quality mid-range chair.

Lots of room, super comfy, great for my bad lower back
Itโs a bit expensive, but I play video games everyday and sit in a chair for an hour or two everyday. Iโve had a cheap gaming chair for 4 years now so I needed an upgrade. Gaming chairs are a scam do your research on a good office chair! Iโm very happy with my purchase.

Nothing Special at all
I really thought paying over 500 for a chair would make a difference, but no. There is nothing I can tell worth more than a 200 dollar chair. The mesh back and lumbar support are maybe the least comfortable chair I own.

Lumbar Design is Flawed
I wanted to love this chair. After a few months I have come to the conclusion that the lumbar portion is not well designed. The plastic part rests against my lower back and is painful over time. I have tried adjusting it and have tried using padding. It is incredibly frustrating to need to use an extra pillow so that a plastic piece doesnโt push up against my back. I just think itโs a design flaw and the product wasnโt tested enough. I was โmaking it workโ using the pillow and now Iโm past the return window. Other parts of the chair are nice but the lumbar is a dealbreaker, hence the one star rating after three months of daily use.

FIRST DAY REVIEW
I did not get a Soji Chair with all the bells and whistles, but what I did get was a fine chair. I've bought and returned so many chairs. It is hard to find a good replacement, once you've found THE perfect chair. But I have to tell you. THIS CHAIR is good. So much so, I'm FINALLY keeping a chair. Yay and Stuff. Seat is wide enough for a heavyset person. Soft enough not to bother you after hour of sitting and the height is the best I've found. Not a lot to pick apart. Only downside was arm rests. The do not stay in place. MINOR issue for me, but I can see SOME complaining on it. That's it. Love the chair so far.

Comfortable chair. Fantastic customer support
I bought this chair about a month ago after watching a BTODtv video reviewing it, and so far it is delivering on the promise of being the most comfortable ergonomic chair in its price range. I've been struggling with an RSI for the past year or so, and learned through physical therapy + trial and error how important a good office chair is for preventing shoulder pain. The lumbar support feels odd at first (it's very loose until you put pressure on it), but has been surprisingly easy to get used to. The seat/back are nothing special, but aren't uncomfortable either. The armrests are what make the chair really worth it, because this is one of the only chairs I can find under ~$800 with enough adjustment to comfortably support my arms when using correct ergonomic posture (most arm rests are far too wide at their narrowest setting) Perhaps more impressive was their stellar customer service. I experienced a litany of issues getting the chair shipped to me, none of which were really the fault of Haworth (the seller), but they were nonetheless very responsive and helpful in getting those issues resolved. Even with delays from the courier, the chair ended up arriving ahead of the expected delivery date.

Nice Comfortably chair. An option to Staples and better quality I think.
I'm not rich and had a hard time justifying over 800 for a chair but I spend a lot of time in a chair and so far it feels great.
