Music Player iPod Classic 7th Generation 160gb Silver Packaged in Plain White Box

Long story short, this device crashed within 6 weeks. Amazon tech couldn't figure it out and patched me into Apple support who couldn't figure it out who then sent me to an Apple service center who then informed me that this device was made in 2009 and Apple does not make parts or service these!!! I returned it and have ordered a brand new iPod Touch with 128 GB for less than this piece of junk. Buyer beware!!!

The apple classic iPods are out of warranty. That means if you want a classic iPod then you need to rebuild an old carcase and see if it will work. It doesn't look like this model is obsolete which is too bad, nothin apple makes is close. The iPod touch is a joke do not but it if you want access to your complete music library(10,00 songs) the iPod touch interface is useless, if you put it on shuffle it returns to the beginning of the rotation every time, thus you will never hear any but the first two or three hundred songs out of 10,00. Time to look for a better playback system. Neil Young was right:pono.

i've long grown accustomed to the i-pod classic format, so when my original i-pod needed to be serviced, it occurred to me that the best thing to do would be to purchase another to tide me over. this purchase has been the perfect addition to my device collection. ever since i committed countless hours to converting my cds to digital, i have lived with the fear that upon a catastrophic failure of hardware, i may lose my music. now, i have a third repository and can rest assured i will never be without what i have spent many years attaining.the i-pod came formatted for use on an apple device, which caused a bit of a hurdle, but having figured out how to reformat it for windows, the sync became seamless. i have been using it for the usual 8-10 hours a day while my original i-pod has been in the shop and if anything, the battery life is better than the replacement i had installed in my first.soon, it will fill its intended role as a valuable third option, but for now, it is fulfilling its current role as primary quite admirably. for which i have the seller to thank. the product came exactly as advertised, complete with an engraving that makes it more endearing than ever. honesty is a rare commodity and it is with pleasure that i deem the seller of this product to be honest.

Bought this I-pod in February 2020 for $355.00 and it worked fine till about a month ago when the sound started cutting in and out. I thought it might be the headphones and changed those but to no avail. Then a few days ago it just quit. Dead. Nothing. I plugged it in and charged it for 24 hours to see if that might be the problem but, nothing. I still have an old I-pod that I've had for 12 years that still works and bought this one because I was so afraid my old one would die and I really love the old I-pods. But $355 for 7 months worth of use is a lot of money when I'm given NO way to contact the company to try to get this thing repaired. I bought it thru a 3rd party vendor called Starstruck Ventures. So be forewarned!!

When I tried to link to iTunes, the iPod glitched and froze up. I wasn't even able to run diagnostics from the computer. Very disappointed

My old iPod classic died recently so I bought this new one. This came in a nice new box exactly like the original packaging! It was sealed and clean. I used my own hotwire and charger from my last unit. It was easy to format it by plugging in, then dragging and dropping all my albums over. Everything is back, including my playlists! Thanks.

Needed a new classic IPOD. My old one has no battery power. So far so good. I am not tech savvy so it took me a while to figure out how to load my music on ... but I did and am happy! Why did apple quit making these small but wonderful devices! Love my IPOD!

This is a SCAM!!! The iPod I received was FAKE!!!
