Squishable / Walrus Plush - 15"

My daughter insisted on ordering a 15 inch Squishable Walrus with her birthday money so who was I to argue? Inside of my head, I was thinking " $40 for a stuffed animal?!?" I have to admit though that once it arrived, I can see the value it the purchase. I'm still not convinced it's actually "worth" $40 but it is extremely well-made. It was also "made in the USA" until very recently. The walrus she got was manufactured in China. The fur is extremely soft - we own a lot of stuffed animals- but I have never felt one quite this soft. She loves her Wally the Walrus and her little sister ended up ordering one as well. I predict they will become another popular trend eg Webkinz except at $40 a pop, I am limiting their purchases to 1 large and 1 small Squishables each as the 15" dolls are HUGE !

I was not sure what a walrus was going to look like in real life but I can say without hesitation that this is probably one of the best looking and most huggable stuffed animals I have ever bought for my kids. It is TRULY cute and much larger than I anticipated. VERY soft and cuddly PLUS GREAT quality. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and will be buying more "squishables".

Overpriced but very lovable. They seem to be well-made, and they are quite large. I like them a lot as gifts for all soft toy lovers, young and old.

Got this for my eleven year old sister for Christmas and she LOVES IT. It is soo cute and soft, I can't help but steal it when I can! She named him "Wilis" and he is now an addition to our family! Great buy!

He's so big and fluffy and soft! A great pillow or cuddle pal.The 15inches is his width, not length - he's quite a bit longer than that, which is great because he is $40.Great purchase, no regrets!

An excellent gift that arrived very quickly, would highly recommend purchasing from Amazon as the Squishables website does not have as good a gift packaging option.

My son loves his new 'pillow' and his friends are getting other animal pillows in the collection for sleepovers. This was a hit!

Excellent item. Well made, very soft. A favorite this Christmas! My nephew didn't put it down for 3 days. A bit smaller than I thought (seems to be smaller than the hedgehog), but still an armful.
