Make Sure You Know What You're Getting
This item did NOT include the required power adapter. Plus this model isn't programming able to any VOIP. This model is ONLY made for the Mitel software and it's services from what a Mitel Customer Service Rep informed me!

Great features. Reasonable prices
Great phone. It initially didn’t come flashed but contacted the seller. They provided proper instructions to reset it to factory. I like the fact of digital short keys. The voice is clear as well and works well with my computer. Great product for the price.

Dirty, sticky disgusting phones
These phones are not. “renewed”, all three phones came filthy and sticky. One even had an inventory sticker attached from the company it was from previously.
