Easy to swallow and no aftertaste
My doctor recommended this. I've had more energy since starting this, but I'm taking it alongside a bunch of other new supplements so not sure it can all be attributable to the DIM. The pill is small and easy to swallow. No major aftertaste.

HELPS ENDOMETRIOSIS AND HORMONAL ISSUES!
I’ve been struggling with infertility and recently found out I most likely have endometriosis and excess estrogen. My first naturopath prescribed this for me (1 pill a day). Then I went to another specialist and he prescribed 3 pills a day. I started noticing darker urine and I read that that usually means xenoestrogens are leaving the body. I’ve already noticed a decrease in the severe bloating I feel all the time. I truly believe this could help the issue I’ve been struggling with for years. Will update in a few months and if I ever get pregnant.
