Being used to sleeping with 2 pillows,having to buy a new one because of developing TMD,I was very worried by this purchase. I used it the night it arrived,no need to let it acquire its shape,and I slept well for the first time in weeks,I use the lower side and although it did feel strange to begin with,I have no problem settling for the night and don't wake up with the neck or back ache which,until I got this pillow,I hadn't realised how achey I was waking up,I had put it down to my work and age! It was a fantastic purchase and I would recommended this product

Bought to replace a much older memory foam neck support pillow which had started causing nightly discomfort. Excellent purchase as solved the problem and I’ve had many a good nights sleep since. The pillow came with the added bonus of two removable washable pillowcases. Very pleased with the purchase and would happily recommend.

Too soft, saw the corners when I was lying in the middle of the pillow! Had a sore neck in the morning. If you need a pillow to help your posture when sleeping, get one that's a bit firmer.Update, held on to this pillow in spite of previous 2 star review. Brought it out of the wardrobe to try again and using an additional thin pillow underneath, I've found that the pillow doesn't flex as much. Overall a far better night's sleep. Worthy of 4 stars.

I just started using it 2 days ago and, so far, it's the best thing that ever happened to me. Being a person with neck problems, I can say that it has a perfect fit; memory foam is soft enough to lie one's head without feeling any pressure, and yet it keeps the shape so that back bones are well-positioned.

Great pillow, honestly I can't sleep without it. Had constant neck pain whilst using other pillows and after reading the other reviews I thought I would give this one a try. After about a week of getting used to the height and firmness, the pain had reduced massively. Since then I have purchased another 3 for the family.Well packaged, comes with an extra pillow case (I use my own standard size pillow case but a welcome addition) and of course super fast delivery.

I bought this product to replace my old pillow and it is so amazing. It's lightweight and the size is generous. It provides great support to both neck and shoulder so I don't feel any sore in the morning! There is also an additional pillowcase included. Highly recommended!

After buying a memory foam pillow for my girlfriend and being impressed I went to buy one for myself. Unfortunately the one I had bought for her was out of stock so I bought this one instead. I've now used to pillow for a few weeks. I've found it to be flaccid, offering very little support. The 'cooling' technology is lame compared with other companies. Avoid.

This pillow is very comfy with high value. It’s supportive but not too firm, better than my previous foam pillow. I only wish they offer it in bigger size, but seems the size is most popular.
