Does the film have a thru cutout for the front camera or the film covers the camera?

Does the Spigen Neoflex for the S10 plus resist dust building up on the edges of the screen as well as the pre-installed screen protector does?

So far, I haven't experienced much dust build-up on the edges of the phone (I'm using the Spigen Tough Armor case). I've realized, however, that this screen protector isn't exactly 100% dust-proof or fingerprint-proof. I think the preinstalled screen protector does a better job of resisting dust, but it's easier to scratch than this screen protector.
