Very good for it's purposes. There are allergy pills, nasal decongestants but this is to stop the swelling in the nose that will make all the others almost useless. And it DOES seem to last about 12 hours. I can finally sleep.

This is about the only nasal spray I can use. And I've been using nasal spray for years for some reason this does not give me a rebound effect like the others

Works instantly. Opened up my nasal passages a little too well though, I think. Whatever was causing them to swell ended up getting into my lungs and my sinus infection turned into bronchitis overnight. It does say "Maximum Strength" and there is a warning same as Afrin for oxymetazoline that you shouldn't use this more than three days. This stuff is only for symptoms, so it will not fix whatever underlying issue you have, but it is STRONG as heck. There is a very unsettling smell like other reviews mention. It smells like something I shouldn't be inhaling, but I don't know what it is or if Afrin also have it. I bought the 3 pack thinking that it's gonna work like Flonase, but now I'm hesitant to use it too much for common stuffy nose due to allergy, so now I have way too many bottles and they will probably expire before I ever need to use them. I saw this same exact brand and item 0.05% oxymetazoline at Dollar Tree today so if you need just one, get it from there instead. You don't need 3 bottles unless you're using it a lot or have a bunch of people using it at the same time.
