Good tasting MCT oil. This is the C8 variety which is considered more effective than blends with C10 and C12. Its a good value for the quality and amount of C8 MCT oil.

I use this every morning in my tea -- mixed with organic heavy cream, 1 tsp. of organic raw cacao powder and a scoop of Prebiotic Fuel. It mixes well with a milk frother. This organic MCT oil has no discernible flavor, but I get the excellent benefit of starting the day off with healthy fat for the brain. This substitutes for my breakfast and the fact that there is no sugar in this concoction means no spikes in blood sugar 1st thing in the morning!! This MCT oil is 99.2% C8, the most important for brain health. I've been using this brand for the past two years and plan to keep on using it.

I’ve only been using this for a few days, but I have to say that I think it’s working. It’s not giving me an upset stomach. I am following the directions, starting out with 1 teaspoon. But since starting it, I’ve lost 3 pounds over five days. Very happy with it so far. I would recommend it.

I WOULD GIVE THIS 5 STARS: HOWEVER, I am on RYTHMOL (Propafanone) for an irregular heartbeat. I have A-Fib & Supra Ventricular Tacardia (SVT). When I took my 1st TABLESPOON, My heart went into irregular heartbeats, like in 10-15 minutes after taking. I googled it, & YES, IT CAN CAUSE IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT. I’ve been trying to lose 15 pounds. I used to use an MCT product when younger, but at age 65, started having A-Fib. OTHERWISE, THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT, arrived nicely packaged. I think it is well made. My husband can take it.

Yea best of the best ,won't go a day either WITH out it ,16 hr fasting ,vegan who eats meat ,carnavor that its veggies. STAY PURE....DO THEY SELL A GALLON SIZE??

استخدمه مع القهوة و لكن اكتشفت انه محارب قوي ضد فطريات الجلد. و لذا وضعته على جلدي المبقع بالفطريات حول الرقبه و في الظهر و الصدر قبل النوم و ياذا العجب. بدء يتفاعل مع الفطريات الجلديه ما كون رائحة غير جيده و لكني لم استسلم للرائحه، و عند الصباح كان جلدي انضف و أكثر نظارة. كررت التجربه مرتين اخرتين مره على شعري الذي يعاني من القشره اللتى هي من الفطريات و الاخري على جسمي من جديد. حصلت على نتيجه ممتازه لم أحصل عليها من متابعاتي لسنوات مع دكاترة الجلدية. جرب أخي الأصغر نفس التجربه بسبب انتشار البقع الفطريه عليه و حصل على نتائج ممتازه منذ التجربة الأولى. لمن يحب ان يجب المنتج مع فطريات الجلد، انصحه بالتجربه على بقعه صغيره للتأكد من مناسبته له. فقد يشعر البعض بحكه او حرارة أثناء تفاعل الزيت مع الفطريات

سيء وصل الغطاء مكسور والسلعه غير قابله للاسترجاع ولا يوجد عندي غطاء مشابه

روعه بصراحه مافي طعم ولا ريحه وخفيف على المعده ... وانا استخدم الزيت مع القهوه ومع السلطه وفوق المعكرونه عند الانتهاء من سلقها وانصح بالاستخدام
