They are oval, so at the widest points, they are almost 2.5" long and 1.5" wide, including adhesive area. The part of the pad that is for covering a blister is 1 3/4" long and 7/8" wide. Additional info: I couldn't tell how many were in the box before I ordered, so if you don't know, there are only 5 in the box.

What are the ingredients? Can I apply this to a cut on my lips?

I am a runner & use these on my feet. They stay in place very well . I'm not sure what the ingredients are but it is a rather large bandage. I'm not sure you could cut it out such that you got enough padded portion & adhesive to stick it to your lips.

it's not moist, but it creates a moisture barrier and a nice cushion for blisters.
