How long should my child wear the vest for?

The rule of thumb is to wear the compression vest for 20-30 minutes at a time. But don't worry! Every Harkla product comes with a digital course created by our in-house therapists to help you get the most out of your product!

What are the benefits of a Harkla compression vest?

The compression and weight from the vest helps provide Deep Touch Pressure, which has been shown to release serotonin and calm the nervous system. In other words, it helps children feel calm and focused!

How much weight should I use?

This will be covered in your free Digital Course that comes with your vest purchase, but the quick rule of thumb is 5% of your child's body weight!

What size is best for my child?

Please refer to our sizing chart! Measuring your child and comparing it to the chart will get you the most accurate results. However, feel free to reach out to us, as we're always here to help!
