Our kids are quite rough with toys and usually they don't last too long due to being left outside, tossed, stepped on, the works. We had previously purchased the red/blue gardening tools and they have held up even with all the abuse! We now have girls in our family and know that they will enjoy using these fun tools as they play outside in our garden. We love how safe these tools are, there really are no sharp edges on them but they are very sturdy and light. Our boys never used the tote very much but we are thinking the girls will like having a place to keep the tools organized and the gloves. The book is a fun addition to this product, it is a nice and sturdy book that can take quite a bit of abuse and has fun illustrations. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants the kids to go outside and play in the dirt/sand because they will feel like they are using tools like the adults.

We bought this for our two year old daughter after she showed interest in our big watering can and helped us water our tomatoes. She absolutely loves this package. The gloves are huge on her, of course, but she doesn't care and she wears them anyway. The set is great quality and the watering can is a good size for a small child. Filled full, it is a little heavy for her and will tilt over and start pouring out, but she is very small and can easily do it with a little help. Once we get the watering can over the plants, she can pour it into the dirt herself. She carries the bag with the tools in it, even to just go water the plants. The book is also adorable. Probably the most excited she has ever been for a gift, or at least up there in excitement.

I purchased for our 3 year old granddaughter as part of her birthday gift. She loved it. Everything in it is made well and the gloves are like regular garden ones for adults! So cute! I also included a few small pots and packs of seeds so she can grow her own flowers. Very pleased.

My granddaughter loved her birthday gift! Watching her 2 year old self try to put the gloves on was adorable. The only recommendation I have is that the book be packaged a different way, it was a little bent but the gift wasn’t about the book.

Be a special grandma. I added seeds. Her parents will enjoy reading the book and making the garden with her. (The tools are metal. I set aside until parents decide.) I supplemented with a sand pail with a plastic shovel. She'll love the sprinkler. pink gloves, carry bag, etc. Great spring gift!

The kids gardening set exceeded my expectations with its quality and attention to detail. The included book is engaging and perfect for keeping young ones interested. I can't think of anything that needs improvement - this set is a great way to bond with my daughter in the garden.

I bought this set for my daughter who loves to garden with her grandmother. Other than being adorable the tools are very sturdy. The bag is the perfect size for little hands. The included book is also nice. I can see my kiddo with her sun hat in the backyard with her gran having so much fun this summer.
