Brought this for a family beach vacation and it was the only product my sunscreen-hating family members would consistently reapply without complaint. It goes on smooth, doesn’t feel sticky, and still feels like a tangible shield. Barely detectable scent. My brother has oily skin, I have dry skin—it worked well for both of us, and did not cause breakout/rash for either. (Recommend doing one swipe on a different surface in-between uses if sharing with others.) For me the best part was this—when you go to the beach you accept that applying sunscreen will involve spreading of sand on your various body parts as you apply it. Nice exfoliation, but I haaaaate the feeling of sand on my face! What an elegant solution. This keeps your face free of both sand & UV damage! Only downside is you get strange looks since on-lookers will think you’ve got some kind of profuse-face-sweat medical issue as it appears you’re applying a stick of antiperspirant to your face, but haters gonna hate and you’re living in the gottdam future.

I am an avid sunscreen wearer. Being very fair-complected, I have tried so many different kinds of sunscreens from creams to gels to powders and had a hard time finding "the one". While other brands may work well, it's a hassle to apply it every morning and then every two hours for reapplication. I love this stick because it makes it so easy to apply every morning to my face, arms, neck, and chest. It isn't greasy and doesn't burn my eyes. I even carry an extra in my purse so I can reapply it later. The smell is very mild and doesn't smell like how sunscreen usually does (a HUGE plus for me.) The sun protection is great; I have yet to get a burn. This is "the one" for me. It makes my sunscreen routine fast, easy, and it fits into my lifestyle perfectly.

Living in New Zealand the sun is harsh and you find yourself reapplying sunscreen religiously, I find this easy to use and can apply it anywhere because I don't get greasy hands for have to wash sunscreen off them after each application. I am happy to apply this on top of my makeup and love the fact that it is clear rather than giving me the off white look that some sunscreen does (grrr). Typically I break out when wearing sunscreen, puts a damper on summer - with this sunscreen I am fine. Other than a very slight sheen it is not noticeable that you are wearing sunscreen and it was fantastic to take rafting, I tucked it up my sleeve and was able to pass it around the boat so that the entire family could reapply in between rapids! Less sunburn since using this as it is easy to use, carry and now I don't resist putting sunscreen on. The stick is shaped in a way that makes it easy to apply to the contours of your face and wide enough to apply on your body in minimal time ( does not need to be rubbed in) it is transparent but you can tell where you have put it. Will definitely buy again, it's worth paying those international shipping rates!

I thought this was odd to have a solid sunscreen, but it works. I think it is best suited for your face, because it allows you to apply the product if your hands aren't so clean, and the product is not runny so it can be applied close to eyes, nose, on forehead, etc. It has a very light scent, somewhat like what 'fresh' lotions smell like. I didn't find it objectionable, although I usually prefer unscented. It is definitely not greasy, and it has no 'yuck' factor. It is invisible, which is good on one hand, but not so good because that makes it difficult to see where it is applied. I can't give an exact rating on the protection level, but after using it, it seemed like I got about the same exposure as if I would have covered my face in aluminum foil, so SPF 70 is probably pretty accurate. 5 stars for protection, non-greasy feel and uniqueness of application. 4 stars because it's hard to see where it is applied, and for scent.

I love this stick solution to needing to carry around additional sunblock. It didn't melt, even poolside. It's sheer, so one can miss a spot... easy solution is to double-apply, and also rub it around on the skin. I even used it on my face at times (which is incredibly sensitive to blockers), with no issues. It doesn't feel gross, I really enjoy the scent (it's like a very very light perfume, which is extremely pleasant), and it does NOT show on the skin at all. The lid 'forms' the stick (if pushed high) into rounded corners, so it never has a sharp edge to it, which prevent injury to the skin as well. it rolls back down readily as well. Rather a genius container! In the pool, it didn't seem to wash off (even though I don't think it said 'waterproof'). Water continued to bead on my skin for at least 30 minutes lounging in a pool chair, I think far longer. BONUS! Light enough to carry in the purse all summer. My new favorite portable sunblock!

We took our grandson to Disney World in late April 2019. While I'm a person who steps outside & tans, grandson & hubby are defin. "porcelain" skin -- so pale they step outside & burn immed.! This product kept us ALL from sun damage the entire 8 days we were in FL. It's not greasy, sticky, or slimy. Doesn't drip in eyes when sweating to double your prblms. You can put this on squiggly kids in a second. SO EASY to reapply -- no need to wash hands every time either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best sunscreen we've ever used. Only drawback for some is yes, there is a very light citrusy scent (that disappears quickly). I will say: it's not zinc oxide, as it doesn't block EVERYthing, but some sun is necessary to keep one healthy, as well as a teeny bit of "base" tan (so one doesn't turn into crispy critter being outside for 10-15 min.) You will love it! Can't say enuf great things! But esp. for kiddos -- wiggle worms will be able to stand a stick sunscreen that takes no time to get on 'em 😉

I have used Neutrogena products on my children since they were babies. They have fair skin and burn easily. I wanted extra protection I could carry around for their faces and reapply whenever I needed. We live in a hot climate and are constantly sunscreening. I don't like putting the sprays on their faces and the creams tend to need constant reapplication and have lower SPFs, but this stick is a perfect addition for faces. They have yet to burn this summer and I credit it completely to the stick. I usually spray their arms and legs, cream their chests and necks, lightly cream their faces, and then go over with the stick. I've also used the stick solo on them (and me) before and after peak sun hours and have had no issues. I recommend this product for children and adults alike. It is unscented, soft, and easy to use. The only con is that it sometimes comes off in small flakes or chunks if I push too hard, but that is rare and easy to rub in.

This handy dandy sunscreen stick is convenient to keep in a purse, small enough my kids don't mind carrying it in their backpacks, and super easy to apply (even my 6 year old can handle using this on her own.) We primarily use this stick for our faces. No more "hog wrestling" to get sunscreen applied to children's faces because this glides on fast and easy and doesn't have a strong smell. It doesn't run into the eyes (NO STING!) and you can apply it fairly close to eyes and lips. We've yet to get a burn while using this product. I added it to our subscribe and save since it's a summertime staple in our home. I've tried other sunscreen sticks and they leave a white or color residue on the skin. This goes on clear and stays on long.

Ich bin wirklich keine Person, die viele Bewertungen und Kommentare schreibt, aber zu diesem Produkt möchte ich mich gerne melden! Seit Jahren suche ich nach einer geeigneten Sonnencreme fürs Gesicht und habe mich durch alle Marken und Preisklassen getestet. Die meisten flogen mit großem Rest in den Müll. Ich neige zu eher fettiger Haut und Unreinheiten und bei allen bisherigen Cremes hat meine Haut geglänzt, als hätte ich sie mit Fett eingerieben und sie zogen nie richtig ein. Dazu das Gefühl, eine Schicht auf der Haut zu haben, was wirklich unangenehm ist! Der Sonnenschutz von Neutrogena ist nun der erste Schutz, der zwar spürbar auf der Haut ist, allerdings kein unangenehmes Gefühl hinterlässt und nicht glänzt, sodass ich ihn auch im Alltag wunderbar einsetzen kann und werde. Auch meine Nase, die gerne Rudolph dem Rentier Konkurrenz macht, ist nicht verbrannt, eine Premiere für mich :) Die Handhabung des Sticks, der mich an ein Deo erinnert ist auch super und man kann den Schutz am Strand ohne Sandprobleme nachtragen :-) Auch der Geruch überzeugt mich, da er angenehm neutral und nicht nach Sonnencreme riecht. Einziges Manko - man muss den Stift jedes Mal ganz runter drehen, um ihn zu verschließen und die Kappe innen sauber machen, da sich dort unschöne Abriebe sammeln... Aber ich denke, das kann man verkraften, da das Produkt super ist!

This is by far the best face suncreen ever. I breakout with any kind of sunscreen but have not with this. It goes on clear and you don't even need to rub it in so no touching required! Awesome!

Neutrogena is one of the best store brands for sunscreen. The ultra sheer stick is beeswax-based and fragrance free, so it doesn't irritate my sensitive facial skin. It looks like au underarm deo and that's the best part. No sticky creams to spill or get onto the clothes. It is very handy to carry in your hand bag. You know it won't spill. Pro: Its sheer and spreads easily. Very easy to apply. Not messy Children can apply it on their own Easy to carry around No white sheen Its SPF 70 Cons: The cap is not designed well. Make sure you roll the stick completely before closing it. The rolling mechanism is a bit poor. Children can roll it completely up and then it won't roll down. Have to push it back. Overall a very good and convenient product. Will use again.

Me esperé para dar mi opinión porque estaba pendiente de un viaje a la playa (ahora explico el porque) La compre para proteger los tatuajes del sol, mas que nada uno de color que tengo. En un viaje de amigas lo usamos todas para los tatuajes, y he de decir que alguna se quemo el resto de la piel usando protectores normales y la zona del tatuaje quedo blanca, la piel ni se puso morena, ni roja, ni nada. En definitiva, los tatuajes aguantaron el sol de la playa intactos. Elegí este formato por la comodidad de poder llevarlo en cualquier bolso (es del tamaño de un desodorante en stick) y porque no tengo que pringarme las manos echándolo, es aplicar en la zona que quiero y ya. En cuanto a la textura en la piel es como una crema normal, si que se pega la arena, pero es lo de menos para mi, aclaro la zona y vuelvo a echar (todo sea por poder tomar sol con tatuajes y que queden intactos). Cuando mas quemaba el sol me lo echaba en la cara también y perfecto, no me queme (soy de piel mas bien blanca). En definitiva, estoy encantada con este producto. Repetiré sin duda

I like this product. Doesn't clog my pores and it's not greasy! And it's affordable
