Used this to make cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. Very easy to make and tastes great. This is not a very sweet cake but it pairs well with the vanilla icing and the ingredients are great. Cake came out perfectly cooked and moist, directions a very simple to follow.

Delicious and great price, will buy again

This was delicious! Note that it does rise quite a bit so fill your pans & muffin cups with caution. It calls for 2 eggs, 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c melted butter, which seemed like a lot but it cooked throughly. While I loved the cake mix, the Miss Jones organic icing was really thick & hard to work with so next time I’ll use a different brand icing with this cake mix.

For Christmas we are not supposed to get any snow, so I thought I'd make some vanilla cupcakes. This mix makes about 16 cupcakes and if you use the 365 Vanilla Frosting Mix it is just perfect. I didn't need to add any more vanilla to the cake mix, but did add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the icing. The cake mix is easy to blend together with a whisk. You just add three eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter. Then scoop up the batter and place in your paper liners. I baked for over 20 minutes instead of the recommended 18 because that wasn't quite enough when you have 16 instead of 18 cupcakes. You may or may not be able to get exactly 18 cupcakes but I managed to get 16! This cake mix makes cupcakes that taste totally homemade! But the great thing is you don't have to measure all the flour and other ingredients. So it is pretty easy. I was very happy with this mix and would buy it again! The thing that sold me on this was that it has no palm kernel oil in it. Yay! Some of us are so allergic to that! Enjoy! ~The Rebecca Review P.S. I also tried the chocolate cake mix and tried to make 18 cupcakes. Problem was nearly all of the baked cupcakes overflowed their cupcake liners when they were filled with batter 3/4 full. I knew that was not a good idea but I followed the instructions. You need at least 24 cupcake liners and only fill them about 1/2 full I think. The chocolate cake is more like a dark chocolate flavor not milk chocolate. It probably needs a bit more sugar. Even with icing the cupcakes tasted more like dark chocolate cake!!!

This cake mix and the cake frosting this company makes is solid! Absolutely delicious. I will be a repeat costumer. I love that their ingredients are clean and organic. To all of the bad reviews stating that the batter requires you to use milk and butter even though you wanted VEGAN. You have to READ THE DIRECTIONS. It clearly gives you the instructions on how to make the cake mix VEGAN.

Too sweet. Won’t buy again

Almost taste like scratch i doubled it to get a nice size 3 layer cake
