Can you season these pans or do you just leave them as-is?

I did not need to season the pan. When we make pizza on it, I just spray a little PAM on the surface before placing the crust on the pan. It cooks well and cleans up easily. Great pan, great price.

Does this pan have straight sides, or does it have a raised lip, or something else? I’m interested to know what it looks like in profile.

There is a slight raised edge or lip; maybe it’s about 1/4 inch above the base of the pan.

Are there any holes in the bottom?

There are no holes in the bottom of this pan.

Is there a trick to crispy crust? Thin crust came out soggy, not browned at 500 degrees temp 20 min bake.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and allow it to rest on a bed of flour for about an hour before rolling it out. Carefully flip the dough once during the rolling. Then, spray the pan with a light coating of Pam and place the dough on it. I bake our pizza for 10 minutes on the low oven rack and then move it to the middle rack for the second 10 minutes. The crust comes out crispy.
