Tastes great
This is an interesting drink. I put it in my liter bottle of water at work. Be sure to shake it once in a while because there is fiber in it which settles to the bottom. But this is a good thing, because you're getting fiber. It tastes great and makes me think i'm drinking something healthy even though i have to use crappy office water with it.

Good tasting & a good way to add some fiber to your diet
Makes a good tasting drink and is an easy way to add 3g of fiber to your diet. Each stick makes about 16 oz of drink. Nice thing is that the sweetening comes from the stevia plant instead of from a bizarre man-made chemical.

If you follow directions it is too strong and has a after taste. I like to put just a fraction of what it calls for.
