I have been very pleased with these tablets.its a good blood stimulant.Have taken them for over 2 years.

These work well, I do feel a little burn in the belly at times but it never lingers. I notice it more when having warm drinks afterwards.

Take with food or you will Feel the burn. It’s not Too bad for me personally, just pulverized my appetite; even though I didn’t want too, I ate food anyway to make the burn go away. You don’t feel it when you go #2, cuz I usually feel spicy foods when it’s time to go....Make sure you have liquid in your mouth before you put the pill in (I tested the feel and the surface of the pill is spicy). Before and after, and I drink a lot more just to be sure everything gets washed down burn free.It warms you up for a bit, no sweating for me, but I don’t work out so it might be different for people who do.Speeds up metabolism, or at least digestion of food. Kept me healthy through flu season when people were sick around me, not even a sniffle, so there’s that.Careful though guys, you don’t want to harm your microbiology (helpful bacteria), destroying that is equal to taking to many antibiotics, which is also bad, but there’s a cure🤷🏽‍♀️ (Its a morbid joke, it’s not that serious. Just don’t take like 10 pills at once, common sense. Follow the directions on the bottle.)

My husband loves these. It’s been a part of his daily routine for over a year now and says he has no heart burn when he takes these. If he misses a night, he will have heart burn. This is a staple in our house.

So I've noticed these cayenne pepper capsules are not very strong. They do not list the Heat Units anywhere in the bottle either. I'm finding that they are not good for digestion or constipation and are only about half as effective for blood flow issues.They do come in a really cool bottle tho, and they are also very fresh. They are a little higher priced compared to other cayenne capsules as well. I do not recommend these pills because there are better options that are not only less expensive, but are also more effective for digestion and blood flow.

Got these for my hubby who had been trying to lose weight. We learned of the benefits of an increased metabolism, so I bought these so he could give them a try. I've tried them a few times as well.As for increasing metabolism, they are really effective! My husband has noticed a difference, and it has helped him lose weight as a result. He normally takes one pill with a meal 2 times a day.I highly recommend taking cayenne WITH food. You will feel the heat in your stomach and possible stomach irritation if you don't.I highly recommend these for anyone looking to increase their metabolism or support healthy blood pressure. It's such an easy change to make!
