Helpful to those new to accounting, but contains quite a few errors
I found this book useful because it summarizes information contained in the author's other book, Accounting for Non-Accounts. I have the 3rd edition of this study guide, and have found some major errors in several chapters in the sample questions and answers. The author Dr Label is a CPA and also has an MBA and a Ph.D. and the other author Ms Kennedy Henderson has an MS. I am thinking that someone else developed the questions and answers. Accounting is all about accuracy and so I am baffled as to why there are so many errors in the 3rd edition. 😕 It appears that the questions and answers were not double checked. This book appears to be a print on demand book. If it is, the 3rd edition errors can be easily corrected. I was pleased that I could figure out the errors and make the necessary corrections. I would have given the book 5 stars if it were not for the numerous errors.

It is full of mistakes and in a accounting book, one wrong number, messes up everything.
