The product itself is great. Nice cleaning, good scent, leaves beard clean and healthy; looking great.I pulled one star because getting all of the product out of the packaging requires removing the pump and just dumping the remainder out once you're below a level where the pump no longer sucks it up. For me, this has been many uses before I'm empty.That being said, I've reordered this again because of the overall product quality.

I am absolutely blown away how amazing this product is!!! I am absolutely so glad I tried this set of beard shampoo and conditioner! First off the smell, WOW! Absolutely incredible smell! My wife loves it! Now, the absolutely incredible part, I am 54 years old. I have some serious health issues and am disabled. When I lost my hair from medicine I am on, I decided to just stop shaving and see if anything grew. So it’s taken about 3 years, but I now have a beard I am pretty happy with. Till this I have never had a beard! I’ve just never been that person that facial hair grew quickly. With my health and that my beard is gray, silver, and white, it is pretty course no matter what I have tried on it. I’ve tried all types of items for in the shower and for after the shower and NONE of those came even close to this product!!! I just can’t believe how soft my beard is from it! I’m on the fence if I would want to try the oil as I’ve not cared for any other oils I’ve tried in the past. My main reason for trying this shampoo and conditioner is I am having surgery in two weeks and I will have to be at a rehabilitation center for 6-8 weeks after surgery. I am planning to use some beard clasps to make it more of a braid/pony tail for that time I will be there as I won’t be able to take the proper care of it that it needs during that time. If anyone else has any other suggestions or have used the oil and like it, please let me know! Thank you so much!

Ok, this was not for me. But for my husband. He loves the way it makes his beard and mustache soft and silky. And to be honest... so do I.Definitely worth it, it really doesn't take a whole lot to get it foaming. At first try, I warned him to go easy and start with the size of a pea and add some if needed. Did he listen? No, so he had foam, endless foam! This product cleans, foams and has a nice fragrance. The conditionner makes the beard nice and soft, even if it is more wiry. The husband recommends it.
