This tastes disgusting but works better than anything I've tried. I found a Vaseline based lip balm (ready that a petroleum-jelly is best) and due to overuse caused my lips to get very irritated and infected. They got so bad in areas I could feel occasional pus. Too busy to go to the doctor so researched on my own. I found a $28 gloss base that said it would heal. I was desperate. I could feel a tingle, hoping it was working. I had been struggling for at least a month and half. My lips would try to heal and cause my skin to dry and flake but it wasn't really healing. So disgusting. I researched further and found this medicated option. Much more cost friendly. I've been using it for over a week and my lips are almost healed. I find I don't lick my lips as often because it doesn't taste good and the balm is solid on my lips. This stuff is Amazing!! I threw out my petroleum based products.

I've used Cortibalm for about 5 years now, and it's literally the only lip balm I buy. I had eczema around my lips, and my dermatologist recommended it after nothing else seemed to work. It completely solved the problem for me.I've tried plenty of other lip balms over the years, but I always come back to this one. It actually helps heal and calm irritated lips instead of just sitting on top of them. If you struggle with dry, cracked, or eczema-prone lips, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

My absolute favorite! Please never change! 8 years and counting, a blessing for dry lips and staves off fever blisters.

This stuff took less then 24hrs to heal my lip! I get the healing and irritating split lips in the dryer days of winter, I would use other name brands from the drug stores but they would take weeks of constantly applying sometimes to no relief just greasy lips...but Dan's made a huge difference only applied 3 or 4 times and everything was gone and healed! I won't use anything else anymore! Life time customer now!

This has been the only thing that’s worked for my lips while on accutane. I can’t stress enough how much I recommend this and they last so long. I would be so miserable if this didn’t exist. My dermatologist actually recommended. I have actually panicked before if I thought I left this behind and didn’t bring it with me somewhere. It’s a staple and I have put so many non accutane people one it. It’s a nuetral flavor/scent and super useful for anyone wanting healthy lips.

Has a weird smell but it does ACTUALLY WORK. I still continue to have an issue with chapped/peeling/raw lips but this does offer relief and heals! Has the consistency of a sun block stick (I usually like more Vaseline) and has weird smell I don’t like but can be covered up with other lip balms/ gloss.

I have had severely chapped and peeling lips for about 3 months, have used a number of over the counter products, plus two prescription ointments, nothing has helped it all. I would apply them many times a day without any benefit. I bought this at the recommendation of a dermatologist and within 2 days the problem is completely gone, unbelievable! Cannot recommend this enough!!

Actually not too bad. We had a fire in my area not too long ago and everyone has been suffering from chapped lips. (Weird, I know) This is PERFECT for the chapped part, simple Vaseline for keeping them nice. AND NO LICKING. Ever.

If you’re on acutane, you must have this!

I’ve been combating dry skin for a year and a half, and this is definitely one of the best products I’ve used. Of course, a big part of that is because it contains hydrocortisone, but it’s so much better than using it from a tube and stays on for quite a while. This will definitely be a go to product in the future. Just make sure to only use it short term due to the steroid content.

My daughter had tried a lot of lip balms for cracked and dry lips. This is the best one we have tried, instantly started to heal lips. Highly recommend.
