I love this contour pillow! I am a side sleeper and have been struggling with hip pain while sleeping. The first night I used this pillow I had significantly less pain and got a good nights sleep. The pillow stays in place and the longer I am using it I noticed I am sleeping through the night without hip pain. I also wake up without the hip tenderness I had in the past. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone suffering with hip pain while sleeping. It is firm enough but still has a soft outer layer. I find it stays in place throughout the night. Very happy with this purchase.

The good:Very comfortable and has been great for my back which is the main reason I purchased it. Hips for me, no change but, I never had hip pain prior so this is a neutral point for me.The not so good:Let me start with saying I'm a tall individual (6'1") for me this has caused me knee pain. I tried putting it in different locations along my legs, flipping it in reverse but generally use/d it the way it is pictured in item description. Thinking that this is due to how my legs from knee to ankle are angled. Again this may be a tall person issue but, I'm still looking for a better solution which may just be a pillow. I wanted it to work but, fixing 1 issue caused another your mileage may and will vary.

This little pillow for between legs is the most comfortable I’ve ever had! It lifts in just the right place & stays put. It’s so much cooler than other pillows I’ve used because it’s not bulky & covers less surface. It’s very soft and has the perfect firmness - more firm than a typical pillow. The quality couldn’t be better. Since using it, I don’t wake with a backache. The cover zips off for washing. You’ve got to try one! You won’t be disappointed!

I'm a side sleeper and I have used a regular pillow to support my knees for years but would still wake up with achy hips, legs, and lower back. With this pillow, I wake up feeling amazing.This offers the perfect amount of support while being compact and not too thick.I will say that it did take me one night to get used to it and learn the best way to position it for comfort. In fact, it was so uncomfortable the first night I considered returning it but I'm so glad I gave it a second chance. I recommend testing multiple positions for the pillow before you go to sleep and see what truly feels good for you.

This little pillow was a happy buy. I had been having back pain during sleeping hours and thought this might help me. I am mostly a side sleeper so I was hoping this would relieve the discomfort I had been experiencing. It did! Glad to say the constant back pain I had been experiencing while side sleeping has pretty much been wiped out. The pillow fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Happy customer.

2nd knee & leg support pillow as I want to have one for my daughter at my house as she keeps forgetting to bring it with her when she comes to stay. My daughter says they are great pillows.

I put this pillow between my legs at night. Since I tend to toss and turn the pillow may be somewhere else or even on the floor. When I sense some hip pain I quickly slide the pillow between the legs when I can. So I cannot say exactly the pillow cures my sciatic pain but having it seems to reduce incidents of sciatic pain. And the small size does not interfere with sleep. But for the small size the product is a but pricey.
