How do you pair the fob to your car?

I had to take new key-fob and car to local kia dealer cost 55$ took less than 30 minutesfor dealer to program----icalledlocksmiths first but they were nutshere in Lincoln ne

Does this remote have a battery clip?

I don’t know the key fob has a clip on it to attach to my visor the only thing I know is i snapped mine open to replace the batter and I had to have it activated a a Kia dealership for $65
