Due to my excessive job trips around UK, I need to keep one jump starter with me. After looking for few similar items on Amazon and local shops, I found this impressive product.The delivery was on time and product came with an impressive carry case, LCD smart clamp, Type C Cable, Cigarette Lighter adapter. This jump starter is of 20000 mAH and can be used with my 1.95L Diesel car. I asked my local garage person to test this product and he tested it in front of me for one car and the result is quite good. Red one is using +ve and black one is using –ve of the battery. After applying right cables, press the jump start button. Once we use this, it is very easy.The product can also be used as a portable charger for our mobile phone and other electronic devices. This device is heavy and can’t kept as handy but there should not be an issue if you want to keep it inside your car boot.

The media could not be loaded. Started my car first time.As you can see from the video, I've already had to use the jump starter. I think my alternator is not working properly, causing regular flats.You connect the leads to your starter pack and then to your car battery. The pack will start to show the voltage. You don't have to turn the pack on, its automatic.You can then start your engine. If you noticed all my lights on my dash were on as though I hadnt got a flat.The unit comes in a neat case and is not very heavy, so ideal for keeping in the boot.Great bit of kit.

Product arrived with LED screen being faulty.Fully charged the item once it had arrived then placed it in my car as a back up.Came to use it a few weeks later and it was totally dead.Charged it again and the item just doesn’t hold charge and is not fit for purpose.Wanted to send back but I missed the deadline to return so I’m stuck with a useless bit of expensive plastic!!Total waste of £70.Not happy at all!!DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I bought this late 2019 and it ps turned out to be my gadget of 2109. Who would have thought so much zap could be packed into such a small box. Super build quality, superb carry case and idiot proof to use. Used it twice now so I suppose it’s already paid for itself. Has a built in torch and with two usb sockets, you’re able to use it as a powerbank too. Best value and money sprnt in ages. Happy to answer questions...

Bought my son a car and the first thing he did was left the lights on overnight and through to the weekend. Come Monday, he rushes back in saying car won't start, and only last year, my cherished jump starter packed up due to non usage, so dad's taxi was back in action. I didn't bother for a whole week as it was easier taxiing around than to get the tools out to charge the battery, anyhow I tried this out to see if it would turn with little hope as the battery had no juice in it at all, not even to fire up the interior light. Took a few attempts before I got a good connection to the battery connections, but once I got a good sound contact, it fired up instantly.I had to test the battery out to see if it was any good after leaving the engine running and it died again, so it will need an overnight charge or a good hour run on the motorway to get any life back in.

This is pretty excellent for jump-starting. But after using to jump-start 3 times, battery indicator went to 88% over a period of one month. That's OK, plenty of power left. After charging my Samsung smartphone from the USB 'out' it charged 15% in about 15 minutes From 85% to 100% that's good too. But power remaining in the Imazing went to 62%. I was surprised it depleted so much. So not so sure it is the best battery for charging phones. I then tried to charge it up from my Samsung usb charger and simply wouldn't charge at all. I thereafter tried a generic USB charger (Silvercrest from LIDL) and worked fine. I can't imagine why this would be. But you may have to try a different usb charger as I did. Otherwise, for its main purpose, it really is good and worthwhile having in your car (or boat perhaps). I would buy it again, so fairly satisfied, but gave it 4 stars because it was a bit disappointing regarding power used to charge my phone and the problem recharging it.

was wary as my mgtf had a completely flat battery. took 3 tries but car stayed running after 3rd go. the booster turned the engine over no prolem. I went back to the car a week later and it started it again. A few days later i used it to strat a neighbours car, there was still 74% left in battery and didnt take long to recharge it. Like many others i was thinking these things dont work buy a big battery booster but im glad i bought this. The item comes in its own case measuring 25 x 13 x 9 cm approx. the croc leads are not very long and if terminala are more than 35cm apart approx you may struggle. I have not tried using it to charge small electonic items , we got electricity for that job. im converted and like this peice of kit.

The jump starter is great, it has already jump started my car (which has a parasitic battery drain) on a number of occasions in the last week. Unfortunately the charging cable that came with it is very poor quality and far too short. The USB-C end doesn't fit well into the battery pack as its very loose, the other end USB is also a poor loose fit into laptop, cigarette lighter, adaptor plug etc. The cable is so short that when trying to charge the battery pack when driving I had to balance it on my knee as it wouln't reach any further from the cigarette lighter. The cable connection is so bad it disconnects every few seconds when charging, I had to constantly wiggle the cable to keep it charging. Great product let down by a cheap, nasty and very short charging cable. Its no good having a great jump starter if its difficult to charge it. For peace of mind I ended up buying a 3ft Anker charging cable which fits much more snuggly into the battery pack and charges it quickly. Would love to give this product 5 stars but its let down by a rubbish cheap thin cable which I had to replace at my own expense...for £89 I expected more
