Oral-B Pro 100 Precision Clean, Battery Powered Electric Toothbrush, Blue and White

I bought the Oral-B Pro 100 Precision because I wanted to switch to an electric toothbrush without spending a ton of money—and I’m really glad I did. It’s basic, but it does exactly what I need it to. The brush gives a nice, thorough clean and makes my teeth feel way smoother than with a manual toothbrush. You can really tell it’s getting more plaque off. It doesn’t have a bunch of fancy features, just a single speed, but honestly that’s all I personally need. It vibrates every 30 seconds to remind you to switch sections, which is super helpful. The battery lasts about a week for me on a full charge, brushing twice a day. It’s not the longest battery life, but it charges pretty quickly. The handle feels solid, and I like that it uses the same brush heads as the higher-end Oral-B models, so it’s easy to find replacements. If you’re looking for a no-frills, reliable electric toothbrush that gets the job done, I’d definitely recommend this one. It’s a great entry point if you’re new to electric brushes or just want something simple and effective.

Having an issue with spending an entire two minutes brushing my teeth and wanting an electric toothbrush, I began looking for an electric toothbrush with a built-in timer. I began looking into the Sonicare line of toothbrushes before stumbling upon the Oral-B rotary-style brushes. Because these brushes were a fraction of the price of a Sonicare, I was skeptical, but since it was cheap to "try it out," I went for it. I won't be buying another electric toothbrush anytime soon. The reason why I picked this toothbrush versus others is based off of what I took away from other reviewers on other products: - Price; this product is a fraction of the price compared to others. - Rotary brush head vs sonic brush head; my dentists have always recommend brushing in a circular manner versus a back-and-forth method. I have heard that sonic brush heads are much more prone to being a breeding ground for bacteria. I decided to opt for the rotary head. - Replaceable battery vs. rechargeable; most electric toothbrush batteries end up going out completely after a year or two. I didn't want to deal with having to dock my toothbrush and worrying about the impending doom regarding the charge going out, so I decided to get the AA-powered model that was cheaper. I instead am using recharegable AA batteries. - Timer; this product has a timer. It will turn on and off about 3 times after 2 minutes. I don't need different "brush modes" or anything. - Travel; Because there aren't any additional parts, taking this brush with me while I'm travelling is just as simple as carrying around a manual toothbrush. Just make sure your battery has juice before you take it with you. :) Other things to note: - The battery lasts about 30 days. - The brush is relatively loud compared to a Sonicare, but you get used to it. - The entire brush is waterproof and you can run it under the sink. I wouldn't submerge in water though. Also, you can prevent the battery seal from cracking by routinely keeping your toothbrush clean. Your saliva/toothpaste will naturally want to get within every groove of this brush. Just run the entire brush under the sink and the wipe everything down after you're done, it takes about 20 seconds. I clean the seal around the battery case every 2 weeks or so. Overall, I am very happy with this product, it keeps my mouth feeling much cleaner than it ever did with a manual brush and I see it lasting a long time. Even if it does break at some point as other reviewers are stating, it's very cheap to replace as the price suggests. I'm just curious why I didn't do this sooner.

I love, love, love the Oral B Pro-Health Precision Clean Battery Toothbrush! Granted this model doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the fancy rechargeable (plug-in) models, but at only a fraction of the price, I promise you, it gets the job done, perfectly! And overall it is even a better brush than the less expensive Crest Spin Brush (which I also like very much) as the smaller head allows for more thorough cleansing of each individual tooth. The oscillating bristles thoroughly cleans and massages the tooth, tongue and gum areas of the mouth and leave the areas feeling very clean and refreshed (but, If you want to try one of the more gentle toothbrush heads, you will need to upgrade to a model that is compatible with the Oral B Cross Action Toothbrush Head -- that comes standard with the pricier Oral B Pro- 1000 Power Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush).. And combined with daily flossing (with regular dental floss) --and weekly use of my handy dandy Waterpik Oral Irrigator (the one with 6 interchangeable heads including the tiny tooth irrigator--so awesome!) and monthly use of my GUM plaque hook scale/scraper thingy, my teeth have absolutely no plaque issues and are looking better than ever. The prices vary greatly on this automatic toothbrush, and sometimes the other stores mark the prices up, but it should still be possible to find them on-sale for less-than $12each, so compare prices carefully before buying-- as they always have them on-sale for between $9-$14per toothbrush, and while it's really good to be able to find them here, consistently like this, on Amazon and also there's another outlet that might be helpful: Ob.factoryoutletstore.com (On a side note: If you are trying to move towards more holistic cleansing, you can try Burt's Bees All-natural Toothpaste OR Tom's of Maine Total Care All-Natural Toothpaste, OR if you're up for it, you can make your own cleansing tooth powder with equal parts Baking Soda, (freshly ground) unrefined Sea Salt and Calcium Magnesium powder and voila, all-natural Re-Mineralizing tooth powder! A great natural-whitening and tooth re-mineralizing powder to supplement your all-natural toothpaste-- and a great way to save money on those messy whitening strips and help the environment in the long term as well.) Overall, this little toothbrush gives great bang for the buck (a great buy)! Grade: A, or Five Stars!

This is a great electric toothbrush, for the price. It gets the job done! BUT, my cat doesn't like the noise! :)

Excellent toothbrush from Oral B. Battery needed. Thinner more lightweight model/design, changeable heads, nice vibration as it’s not too heavy but just right for the sensitive teeth I have.

I needed to buy a new oralB toothbrush as I couldn’t buy new replacement toothbrush heads. My old one was purchased 2019 battery operated. Still worked perfectly. However am loving my new one. Smaller brush heads get into the places my dentist said I needed to work on.

Good value, and most importantly, I do not have to find an outlet in order to recharge thus making it truly portable.

Llevaba unos 10 años con el mismo modelo y la verdad, lo he cambiado porque estaba un poco feúcho, pero funcionaba perfectamente. Ahora todos vienen con cargadores y tal que es un engorro tener los enchufes los cables y todo eso. Este va a pilas, no ocupa espacio extra, funciona requetefetén, y encima más barato que los demás. ¡Producto estrella!
