Makes Great Jerky
I've been using these jerky kits for a long time and love them. Easy to use and make a great tasty jerky. I prefer the "whole muscle" type of jerky but occasionally the ground jerky strips as well since with this kit you can make either. Just a nice, easy to use product that gives great results.

Great product to make deer jerky.
I’ve used the High Mountain Jerky mix before. My order came the day after I ordered it and I’ve already used it for deer jerky. It’s in the fridge curing overnight and I finish it tomorrow in my oven. Very good product and it came as quickly as if I had driven to Walmart. Great product; came quickly!

Good instructions, easy to use
We love making our own beef sticks. Easy instructions, tasty ingredients. We use a little less of the pepper mix and some extra garlic to get our perfect flavor!!

Brings back memories.
Growing up thirty years ago, this is what my dad used every year to make jerky. I’ve never been able to find anything like his and he FINALLY told me it’s not a secret spice blend… now he doesn’t follow the instructions exactly, but I just made my first batch and was flooded with memories of growing up. I will never, not use this for my jerky. Perfect savory flavor in my opinion. I cut with the grain because I like it tough and make it last awhile on long drives.
