Great Japanese curry mix. I had to sweeten the sauce with Agave syrup, more than a recipe I made recommended, as it was a little on the astringent side. Once balanced it was perfect! A real nice alternative to Indian curry spices that I normally use.

Fresh, fragrant spice. Very handy if you haven’t got time to grind your own from scratch. I haven’t found anything to compete with it

Excellent product. Found that it really works on a variety of dishes to give it that Japanese curry taste when used in small doses. Worked especially well with chicken mayonnaise.
