Q: I want to use these as tweeters will I be able to ?????

Yes they can be, I'm using them without the included crossover and just a high frequency inline filter from a pair of tweeters i no longer use and they sound amazing, very accurate crystal clear vocals and highs.

Q: Do these come with the prong plug that goes to the infinity kappa 60 csx crossover?

Yes they have plugs for the crossover to the amp

Q: Does thin only hav instrumental only, and no voice coming out?? what kappa delivers high end clarity with voice and instrumental i needed to be loud

This works with the infinity kappa 60csx and 90csx. It does have voice and instrumental, but I have both the infinity kappa 60csx and the 90csx in my front doors. They both have the infinity kappa-20mx hooked with them. You need an amp that can do 2-ohm speakers. Most car stereos will burn out with 2-ohm speakers. I recommend a powered sub because these can make your ears bleed.
