I'm not taking fish oil supplements to treat any specific issues, just because they are widely recommended for maintaining health, brain health specifically. I take 2x a day in the morning, and not with a meal. Incidentally, I take Vit. D and Magnesium at the same time. I also have some sort of tinned fish product three times a week, on average. I've noticed no benefit from taking them - including taking this brand faithfully for more than a year. I can say that there are no unambiguous side effects. No discomfort in the stomach, no inflammation, no immediate fishy smell to my breath or even after hard exercise. So regardless of whether they are doing me any good, they don't appear to be doing me any harm. It's been the same for me with any fish oil supplement. Therefore I'd recommend these if you need a supplement of this kind. I'll probably order them again.

This comes in a rather large bottle. Thankfully, I use a gym bag for my supplements, as it doesn't fit in the medicine chest, LOL. I have been very pleased with the quality of this, and the other Horbaach products I use. BTW, customer service is US-based (Arizona). And very knowledgable.
