Grab your 101 ultimate keto vegan recipes today! Review: Quite the Variety! - I asked to look at this book because I need a predominantly plant based diet that is void of dairy and grains. This book delivers. I have looked at many recipe books in this genre and a majority of them are lacking in variety! I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of recipes in this book and that there aren't many specialty ingredients needed. Oh, and the fact that she didn't just use a variety of salads to get you to the 101 recipes! The author was sure to include macronutrients for each recipe which is so helpful when deciding what to eat for the week. What I really liked is that at the end of nearly all recipes, she lets the reader know how long the cooked recipe will keep in the refrigerator and if it can be frozen and for how long! This is an enormous asset to have when meal planning and prepping! There is quite a bit of soy product used, but this can easily be substituted with your favorite low carb protein powder and in my case, small select portions of protein for the extra firm tofu in many of the dinner recipes. I cannot wait to put this book to the full test as I transition into a life long keto/low carb plant based diet! I feel armed and equipped to make the transition. Review: Book - Great book

Binding on the book not stable
The recipes look amazing and I am extremely excited for the fact that the book is 100% recipes and not a bunch of information to read with only 10 recipes given. The three stars come for the fact that the binding is coming apart. Has nothing to do with the recipes Themselves. I have not been able to try them yet.

Perfect for vegetarians on keto!
I LOVE this cookbook! It's the perfect one-stop for easy vegetarian keto recipes. While there are a lot of good recipes for vegetarians on the keto diet floating around on the internet, you often have to search forever to find enough recipes to fill the week. Unlike a lot of the other vegetarian cookbooks I've looked at, the recipes are very low carb (<8 net carbs), so you don't consume your daily allotment all in one meal. The stats Lydia provides are really helpful when tracking what you eat, especially if you're trying to make sure you're hitting your macros! I haven't gotten to try too many of the recipes yet, but I can absolutely vouch for the Palek Tofu Curry-- even my meat-eating partner was happy and full after having it for dinner last night! Looking forward to trying many, many more recipes!

Worth it.
I’m vegan. I just started keto. I didn’t even think that was a thing. This book has helped. Some of the recipes are pretty good, none of them are particularly simple (I would love some easy recipes to make quickly thrown in that aren’t smoothies) I did have to buy a lot of ingredients that weren’t readily available, but then I think that’s kind of the nature of vegan keto baking: creating analogs and replacements in recipes takes some creativity. Pros: Has # of servings info and macros for each serving Has a decent number of ideas for each category For the most part, pretty flavorful Cons: Does not have an index of ingredients. I would LOVE to be able to have a list of ingredients in an index so that I could target recipes for certain things I have on hand or need to use up. Not all recipes work out as expected. Or maybe I’m just a bad cook (probably both). Still, worth the money, especially as a way of getting started.

This has been a tremendous help and inspiration!
I have lost nearly 45 pounds on the keto vegetarian diet, but wanted to go entirely plant-based in the future. This book has been a tremendous help with loads of original and delicious recipes. Some of the awesome features include: delicious vegan cheese recipes, nutrition information for each recipe that generally fit well into my keto diet, the use of mostly whole foods, Allergy information has been added for each recipe including a chapter offering substitues, and soy free and nut free recipes. My final verdict: after loads of vegan and vegetarian ketogenic cookbooks being released over the last year, this is one that has become a staple in my kitchen. This author knows her kitchen and provides the best recipes I have seen so far! It makes my keto vegan diet a lot more enjoyable!

Original keto vegan cookbook with inspiring recipes
Really amazing cookbook so far these keto vegan cookbook will help you create not just healthy but also delicious and original recipes. I don't know where Lydia get here inspiration from but the tofu setan and tofu rendang blew my mind. the ingredients are generally not hard to get and some of the more obscure ones can be easily Found on Amazon and so far it has been a success I tried the flourless bread and it was the best bread recipe so far that fit my macros on a keto vegan diet. Thanks Lydia for your creativity and love the books

Vegan Keto recipe book will be a useful addition to my kitchen!
It's great to have a cookbook specifically for vegan keto. My only complaint about The Keto Vegan is that several recipes use glucomannan powder and soy protein powder. Some alternatives for their respective recipes would've been super helpful - or even an explanation as to why the author uses these ingredients specifically. All in all, it's a solid book for what it is and I'd buy it again.

A vegan Keto cookbook with all the macros
What I love about this book the most it's that the recipes are easy to make and for each one it say the calories and macros. It is so handy. It's the first thing that I look when I buy cooking book since I do Keto.

Just what I was looking for
As a vegan I eat a lot of carbs, and so many recipes use beans and pulses it’s great to find a high protein vegan cookbook which uses more tofu etc in recipes

Easy to make and very tasty recipies
Has a very handy net carbs per serving making the carb tracking very easy. Only thing missing for me was additional metric measurements would have been nice, but easy to translate via the web

Totally recommend. Quick, simple and everyday useful.
I’ve been using this book and Lydia’s 14 Day Vegan Keto Meal Plan book as well, everyday for a week. Very simple recipes with simple ingredients.
