How long should I take this product?

OBGYNs recommend taking a postnatal multivitamin at least through the first 6 months postpartum -- or as long as you're breastfeeding.*

Can I take this while breastfeeding, and will it affect my milk supply?

Yes, Total Postnatal is specifically formulated for nursing mothers. The DHA, Iron, and B-vitamins support healthy milk production. All ingredients are breastfeeding-friendly and third-party tested for purity.*

When should I switch from my prenatal vitamin to this, and why can't I just continue my prenatal vitamin ritual?

Prenatals are optimized for pregnancy, not postpartum recovery and lactation. Our Total Postnatal is formulated with the nutrients you need to start this new chapter of life, so switch to Total Postnatal as soon as your baby is born.*

How is this different from a regular multivitamin?

Regular multivitamins lack the specific nutrient levels postpartum bodies need: Iron for red blood cell production, DHA for milk quality and baby brain development, and higher B-vitamins for energy during sleep deprivation and lactation demands.*

Will this upset my stomach or cause digestive discomfort like my prenatal did?

Our gentle formula uses Methylfolate (not synthetic folic acid) and chelated minerals that are easier to digest. Take with food if you have a sensitive stomach. Most customers report no queasiness, even those who struggled with prenatals.*
