Cannot use it

This item requires an activation password to be able to use it. I did not know that when I ordered it. It appears that Enterprise USB keys all require activation passwords to be provided by "system administrators"... This was not explained on the description of the product. Obviously, it turns that I ordered the wrong product. I tried to get the manufacturer to send me the activation password, they refused. I have a USB key that I cannot use.

Worst product ever.

I have lost my data 3 times from software malfunctions. This most recent time, I forgot to back up for two weeks and did a ton of work inbetween. I would not recommend this product to anyone or any corporation.
