It is SO sharp.Cutting through chicken (frozen whole chicken) is so easy with this knife.I wouldn’t say the blade is thick but it’s not thin either.£16 for a boning knife is pretty good, I’d like to say. Especially from victorinox. If you’ve seen their bags then you know their prices are pretty high. That being said, all of the products have been worth the price tag.

Bought this knife specifically to break up whole chickens at home. It is definitely worth investing in a boning knife if you are not currently using one. The reviews we looked at before buying this one were good, and I agree that it does the job very well.
