CAT6 RJ45 Pass Through Modular Plugs

I am a complete novice when it comes to building ethernet cables. It takes me an embarrassingly long time to get all of the twisted pairs undone and lined up in the proper order. However, once I did that, and using a quality crimping tool, I made a cable and it worked perfectly right away. I like that this connector allows the wires to pass completely through it so you can easily verify you have them in the correct order. The instructions are quite vague, but I learned that after you pass them through, you then cut them straight and pull them back in so they are flush with the end of the connector before you make the crimp. If you don't, it is very difficult to clip the wire ends off enough so that the plug fully seats into a port. Even with that mistake on my first try, the connector worked (and is continuing to work many days later) without having to re-do anything. These may be cheap compared to name brand connectors, but I have not had any issues with failures.

They do the job they advertise. Make sure you get the correct tool to use with them. It’s a pain in the butt to get the wires lined up properly though. Look on YouTube for hints to make it easier.

If you're running new ethernet cables, pass-through connectors make the job so much easier and faster. It's not 100% foolproof. Sometimes the wires still get crossed, but it's easy to see and correct before you crimp. No more wasted connectors. Make sure you really do a good job straightening your wires and it works like a champ.

Not great if you try to shove all the conductors in to the connector at the same time, but if you feed one wire at a time through, they're good connectors.

These worked perfectly I installed 60 ends and all of them tested perfectly and holds its speed and for how many you get I’ve finished multiple smaller jobs and still have some left. I recommend this product.

So I took pictures to show below, on the LEFT is this product, on the RIGHT is my older connectors that was purchased from a Chinese vendor. If you look closely the slope that is designed into these to guide the wires into a straight column doesnt start until it is almost touching the crimpt point on this product. On the Chinese ones it starts really early in the connector. This is one giant thing as that slope basically locks the wires into a flat plane that is MUCH easier to work with, you will also notice on the right connector(Chinese one) there is thin guide walls to physically lock the wires into their own rowes, THIS DOESNT EVEN EXIST IN THIS PRODUCT. so the ENTIRE way through the crimp point you have to hold them in the hopefully right spot until it comes out. In which case they usually will have shifted and you have to redo the guiding process. Not to mention the biggest problem with this is the lack of a slope and the weird layering they did when making the connector essentially turns the body into a multiple face PRISM, So the entire time you are trying to see if they are in the right spot they are CONSTANTLY SHIFTING(their image is) because of the absolutely horrible design turning the body of the connector into a literal prism! Not worth the headaches everytime I have to terminate imo. Go with a different producer.
