What size are the nuts on this bike seat?

The boring answer is 14mm for the seat post and 13mm for the bottom of the springs.

Will it fit on giant bicycles?

It does not fit on an older (2002?) Cypress Giant Bicycles. The rails are a few millimeters too wide to fit on the existing bracket, and if you remove the bracket the post is SQUARE, not round. Forcing the rails together is just not an options as they are VERY rigid. To be fair, you could probably replace the post or get a different bracket, but that is an additional cost (and I 'd rather not replace my bike's existing mounting system which is very adjustable.) I am returning this and going into a bike shop to find one that fits properly.

does it fit a pro form upright stationary bike?

it did not fit either of 2 upright stationary bike we have the mount for the seat shaft is designed to fit a 7/8 inch shaft , I hope this helps you
