Wonderful follow up to 4 agreements & great daily reminder

I love this book, it is perfect if you are struggling with mental health. Don Miguel and his Son, lay out consciousness and mindfulness in a very relatable and understandable way. The Four Agreements, which I also own is reviewed and reflected on throughout this book.I read it whenever my mind is getting away from me.

The fifth agreement - to be skeptical - is very helpful. It complements the four agreements very well and goes over them before introducing you to the fifth. Read the original first. You should always be skeptical of everything - but keep an open mind. It will change your life. Be skeptical of yourself and others. Take everything with a grain of salt. Definitely worth a purchase and you’ll thank me after reading it and taking notes and reflecting on what you’ve learned.

The whole Agreements series builds upon the last offering. Peaceful reading in a modern dilemma world. One page at a time. Need to reacquaint yourself to who we are and what we’ve forgotten? Father and son written reminds us that we are all family above it all.

In many parts this is a good book. In some parts this is earth shattering great even mind blowing. But there a large swaths that are mind numbing confusing. It is still a good book and you should read it.

You definitely have to read the prior book The Four Agreements. Always a phenomenal writer !!

The philosophy and intent of this book should be taught in ALL schools throughout education. I read it 3 or 4 times a year as a reminder and I hand it out to friends and family. It is that good!

Finding this book and learning about Tolec wisdom was life changing during a period of turbulence and uncertainty. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking new perspective on how to transform their life. Great read.
